Anna Pezzaniti

Anna Pezzaniti is our Practice Manager who is in charge of all of the staff and general administration of this practice.

Dr Ajay Chowdhry

Dr. Ajay Chowdhry graduated in Medicine from Bangalore University, India in 1998 and immigrated to Australia in 2000. He completed his Masters in Health Sciences from La Trobe University (Melbourne) in 2002. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a GP registrar supervisor. Dr. Chowdhry has been working at Ontario Family Practice since 2007. He enjoys the variety that general practice brings, and places great importance on holistic and preventative care. His special interests include Children's Health, Skin Cancer Medicine, Sexual Health, and Mental Health. His other qualifications include: Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine Certificate in Primary Care Skin Cancer Surgery He loves working in Mildura due to its good weather, relaxed lifestyle, and ability to spend time with his family. His favourite past times are playing tennis, listening to music, and playing with his boys. He is a very passionate Essendon Football club member.

Dr Jed Tan

Dr Jed Tan completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Medical Science from Monash University in 2019 and has spent the last four years working in Monash Health and Mildura Base Public Hospital. He is currently undertaking training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and moved to Mildura in 2023 to pursue training full-time. He has interests in both preventative health, smoking cessation, men's health and sexual health.

Dr Travis Taggert

Dr Travis Taggert completed his Bachelor Medicine / Bachelor Surgery from Monash University in 2014 and has spent the last four years working in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit at the Mildura Base Hospital. Since returning home to Mildura after completing his studies in Melbourne, he has also been appointed as a Lecturer at the Monash University School of Rural Health Mildura, involved in the direct delivery of the medical curriculum to medical students in their clinical years. Additionally, Dr Taggert is a Custodial Medical Officer working with Victoria Police, providing on call care to those persons in Victoria Police Custody. Dr Taggert is a founding partner and Director of Clinical Services of Victorian Medical Assistance Team (VMAT) and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. He is currently undertaking additional training with the Australian College of Rural & Remote Medicine (ACRRM), as he plans to spend the rest of his hospital and General Practice career in Mildura. Dr Taggert enjoys all aspects of General Practice, but has a particular interest in Acute Medicine, Paediatrics, Adolescent Health, Men's Health and Sexual Health.
