Bryan Jackson joined Polikov Recruitment Solutions in 2018. Bryan has experience in both the Property & Casualty and Life/Health Insurance industries.
Prior to joining PRS, he worked for Liberty Mutual in their claims department. He has his Adjusters license for the state of Georgia and has completed several insurance courses which has given him extensive knowledge of the P&C Insurance industry. Bryan also spent time working as a Corporate Recruiter for Modern Woodman America.
Now Bryan works to partner with carriers, agencies & brokers throughout the United States to develop a comprehensive strategy
that will attract the very best talent to their organization. He diligently works to understand what pain points his clients are facing in their search and what the ideal candidates look like to them, so they can succeed in the marketplace and beat out their competitors. Bryan is very eager to help find our candidates life changing career opportunities.
In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Victoria, and their two dogs Piper & Oscar. When he's not spending time with his family, you can find him at the golf course or on the tennis courts.

Dave Peters joined Polikov Recruitment Solutions in 2020 as a Senior Account Manager after a 15-year career in the sports marketing industry in the Atlanta area where he developed and managed sponsorship and marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
A native of Michigan, Dave is a graduate of Grand Valley State University where he obtained his B.B.A. in Marketing.
He enjoys spending time with family and friends (often grilling for them on his Big Green Egg). While he likes to go fishing and play golf, in recent years he has taken up running, competing in 10Ks and a half-marathon.
Dave and his wife, Kristin, live in Roswell, Georgia, where they are raising their two children, a son, Hudson (7), and daughter, Logan (4).

A lifelong native of Atlanta, Euglenia is a graduate of the University of Georgia and an avid ‘bulldog fan". When she is not cheering for UGA, she is cheering for University of South Carolina, her daughter's alma mater or Georgia Tech, her son's alma mater. In her spare time, Euglenia loves to cook, entertain friends, garden, and hike.
Heather joined the Polikov Recruitment Solutions team in the beginning of 2018. She comes from an insurance family and joined the insurance industry herself right out of high school. While earning her Human Resource Management degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, she acquired an AIS (Associate of Insurance Services) designation and worked in various marketing and underwriting support roles.
Heather brings a unique background and 20 years' experience in human resources, recruiting and commercial property & casualty insurance. She assists each of our recruiters in their efforts to identify and connect with top talent within the insurance industry while managing our social media presence and maintaining our database.
Heather also serves on the board of the Greater Atlanta Modern Quilt Guild and can usually be found at her sewing machine creating custom memory quilts. When she isn't quilting or knitting, Heather and her husband, Mike, enjoy cheering on their 2 teenaged sons at the lacrosse field.

Lance is the President of Polikov Recruitment Solutions and an award winning Search Consultant in the Commercial Property and Casualty & Professional Liability Insurance industry.
Lance has over 17 years insurance recruiting experience and has been President of Polikov Recruitment Solutions since 2017.
In addition to leading Polikov Recruitment Solutions, Lance has focused his efforts on being a leading search specialist for senior level individuals through C-level management. He provides guidance and direction to all Recruiters on all roles. Lance works hard to understand the objectives and goals of PRS's clients to design a comprehensive strategy in attracting the very best talent to meet their needs.
In his free time, Lance enjoys date nights with his wife, Sara and spending time with his 3 children Hayden, Sawyer & Jordyn. He also likes to play tennis and attend concerts.

Lindsay joined PRS in 2021. She has an extensive background in Sales & Marketing in various industries.
Born in Seattle, but raised in Roswell, GA, Lindsay loves the outdoors, paddle boarding, hiking, camping, traveling and dogs but mostly her family and friends. She and her husband Todd have twin sons, Reed & Nolan. They love traveling with the boys for soccer tournaments and watching them play golf and basketball.
Melissa joined Polikov Recruitment Solutions in 2005 bringing with her over 10 years of executive administration and human resource experience.
Along with the daily operations of the firm, she is also responsible for finance, IT, metrics, human resources and internet research. She has been the lead in many of our Company's large projects and has assisted in creating and implementing processes and procedures. This makes Melissa an integral part of the Polikov Recruitment Solutions team.
Melissa is also very involved in the efforts to continue to grow the firm and is continuously searching for new technology to help do so.
Outside of work Melissa loves playing tennis, spending time with her husband, Nathan and daughter Amelia, taking road trips, listening to music and crafting.
Nikki joined PRS in 2021 after spending 22 years in the Personal and Commercial Insurance industry as a Claims Specialist and Litigation Manager. She has an in-depth understanding of claims procedures as well as operations for insurance agency, carrier and TPA partners.
Nikki is originally from Battle Creek, Michigan, but recently relocated from New York City along with her husband Fred and 12 year old son Jimez. She currently resides in Marietta, GA and enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
