A. Fair Franklin

A. Fair Franklin, PA-C is a native Georgian who grew up in Atlanta. She received her undergraduate training in Biology with a minor in International Business at Georgia State University. After college, Fair moved to Augusta, Georgia to pursue her degree in Medical Science from the Medical College of Georgia in the Physician Assistant program. After completing multiple rotations in general medicine with a preceptorship in neurosurgery, she joined Peachtree Neurosurgery, P.C. in Atlanta. After spending 7 years working in neurosurgery and ICU critical care, Fair decided to pursue a career in Dermatology. She joined Atlanta Dermatology and Laser Surgery in Atlanta where she worked with Dr. Jerry Cooper for 8 years. During this time, she was a clinical preceptor for medical and podiatric residents and she authored several chapters in medical review textbooks. Fair joins our practice with over 8 years of Dermatology experience and has a particular interest in skin aging and skin cancer. Fair practices both general Dermatology and Dermatologic surgery. Fair is licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners and maintains certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants organization. Fair enjoys traveling, reading, and cooking. She is actively involved in Boy Scouts and enjoys coaching Lacrosse. She is married and currently resides in Sandy Springs with her husband, Lance, and three children.

Alyssa Bentley

Alyssa Bentley, ACLP was born and raised in the small town of Flagstaff, Arizona. She has always had a passion for skincare. Starting in high school, Alyssa loved to experiment with products, always trying to find what worked for her skin, along with her friends' skin. In 2016, she married her high school sweetheart and moved to North Carolina, where she attended the aesthetics program at Miller-Motte College. After becoming a licensed aesthetician, she received a great opportunity to work under a well-known and highly respected cosmetic surgeon. During her time there, Alyssa was trained in a wide variety of cosmetic treatments and honed her skills as an aesthetician. Alyssa and her husband moved to Georgia in 2019 where she furthered her education and became a licensed Assistant Cosmetic Laser Practitioner. She then joined Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C. & Aesthetic Center where she offers facials, microdermabrasions, chemical peels, IPL, ResurFX, micro-needling, and CoolSculpting. Alyssa believes people have a more positive outlook on life when they feel comfortable in their own skin. Alyssa strives to help people look and feel their best. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Easton.

Arthur T. Hudson

Arthur T. Hudson, PA-C, M.P.A.S. grew up in the small town of Dublin, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science. After college, Arthur attended the Medical College of Georgia where he received a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Arthur began his career in Dermatology in the rural town of Vidalia, Georgia. During his time there, he practiced general dermatology as well as dermatologic surgery for a wide range of age groups. Arthur also assisted in Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery. He joined Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C. in 2014 and practices general dermatology and dermatologic surgery. Arthur is licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners and maintains certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants organization. When not working, Arthur enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, playing sports, and he is an avid fan of UGA football.

Ashley M. Ades

Ashley M. Ades, PA- C grew up in Marietta, Georgia. After receiving her bachelor's degree in international business from the University of Georgia, she worked at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta before studying at the University of Alabama - Birmingham. There, she earned her Master of Science degree in physician assistant studies and discovered her lifelong love of dermatology while conducting her rotations. Her love of teaching others and expertise in psoriasis set her apart. Not only has she participated in several clinical trials for the testing of new treatments for psoriasis, but she has also advised pharmaceutical companies in the development of improved remedies. She also lectures regularly on the topic of general dermatology at Emory University. Ashley believes in treating each patient as a whole person. She works diligently to get to know her patients and thinks critically about how treatment of their conditions will impact their lives. She stays current on trends and new approaches to patient care through her active membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants organization. She and her husband, Josh, enjoy traveling, cooking, and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs with their dog, Harper, and their cat, Stella.

Brandilyn K. Johnson

Brandilyn K. Johnson, MSN, NP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in Dermatology with vast professional experience in the realm of healthcare. A Mobile, Alabama native, Brandilyn obtained her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of South Alabama before going on to complete her MSN degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Troy University. Brandilyn spent the first few years of her career as a traveling trauma/ER nurse working at several major Level 1 trauma hospitals across the country. While working in the ER at OHSU Medical Center in Portland, OR, she was offered a position as a pharmaceutical sales representative which is what brought her to Columbus, Georgia. After several years of being a top producing senior sales representative she had the opportunity to advance into the management role with the company, but she decided to pursue her goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner instead. Brandilyn fell in love with the specialty of dermatology during her final year of clinicals where she trained alongside three different Dermatologists. After having worked since 2012 at McLean Dermatology prior to Dr. Tammy McLean's retirement, she joined Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C. & Aesthetic Center in 2020 with extensive general and surgical dermatology experience. The focus of her practice is mostly general and surgical dermatology with an emphasis on annual skin cancer screenings. She was a preceptor for and trained Nurse Practitioner students while working in primary care and she has served as a preceptor for students in dermatology as well. Brandilyn has a genuine compassion for her patients. Her focus is to provide good quality care and to build lasting relationships with her patients and their families. Brandilyn relocated from Columbus and is now living in Newnan. She has two sons (middle and high school age). She enjoys traveling, dancing, trying new restaurants, college football (Roll Tide!), playing tennis/staying active, and chilling on the beach - under an umbrella with lots of sunscreen, of course! One of her recent hobbies is that she is learning to speak another language. Her goal is to become fluent enough that one day she can aid in translating for patients. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of West Georgia, the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.

Carolyn M. Sims

Carolyn M. Sims, PA-C grew up in Monroe, New York and later moved to Boca Raton, Florida. She received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry at the University of Florida. After college, Carolyn moved to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue her graduate studies at Emory University. In 2001, she received her Master of Medical Science degree from the Physician Assistant Program at Emory University. After completing multiple rotations in general medicine, Carolyn found a special interest in the field of Dermatology. She joined Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C. in June of 2004 with over two years of prior Dermatology experience. As a provider for Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C., Carolyn practices general Dermatology and Dermatologic surgery and also assists Dr. Chastain in Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery. Carolyn is licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners and maintains certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants organization. Carolyn is an avid runner and sports fan who now calls Atlanta home. She also enjoys traveling and has spent time in Africa, Australia, and Europe. She is married and currently resides in downtown Atlanta with her husband, Jamie, and their three sons.

Dana Scruggs

Dana Scruggs, ACLP has been in the Aesthetic industry for thirteen years. She graduated from International School of Skincare in 2003, specializing in Aesthetics. As a Licensed Assistant Laser Practitioner and Medical Aesthetician, Dana provides cosmetic procedures in our Newnan office which include Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Ultherapy, V-Beam and Clear and Brilliant. She is devoted to listening to the patient's skincare needs and developing the best plan so the patient will look and feel their best! In her spare time, Dana enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, reading, and trying out new restaurants with friends! Dana is available Monday through Friday for cosmetic consultations and procedures.

Danielle Wiseley

Danielle Wiseley, PA-C was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended The University of Georgia, in Athens where she received a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science. After college, she moved back to Atlanta where she began working for a dermatology practice. It is there that she found her passion for the field of dermatology. One year later, she attended the Mercer University Physician Assistant program where she received her Master's in Medical Science. After PA school, she moved with her husband to Southern California where she practiced dermatology for 3 years with Dr. Daniel Taheri, M.D., "Dermatologist to the Stars" at LA Laser & Skin Center. After earning invaluable experience, she and her growing family moved back to Georgia to be near her parents, brother, and in-laws. She enjoys managing pediatric and adult patients in general dermatology as well as practicing surgical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology, including neurotoxins, fillers, and lasers. Her specific interests are in treating acne, psoriasis, and skin cancers. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants organization. Aside from spending time with their two small children, Danielle and her husband love to travel and have been to Europe, the Middle East, and the Maldives so far.

Dr. Hailey F. Rouhana

Dr. Hailey F. Rouhana, M.D. grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. She then moved to Georgia, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics. Hailey returned to New Orleans where she received her Doctor of Medicine from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. While in medical school, she founded the LSU Chapter of SPOTS (Sun Protection Outreach Teaching by Students) and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society for being in the top of her class. Dr. Rouhana then completed her dermatology residency at the LSU Department of Dermatology, training in pediatric and adult medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, laser procedures, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Rouhana appreciates the diversity of dermatology from skin exams and complicated dermatological diseases to cosmetic injectables and laser treatments. She enjoys treating skin cancers, psoriasis and acne, while also working with her aesthetic patients to slow down and reverse the aging face. Her interests include general and cosmetic dermatology, skin aging, the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, and the treatment of photodamaged skin. She has been published in The Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, and presented at dermatological meetings on a range of topics. Dr. Rouhana is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (board certified dermatologist). She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Louisiana Dermatological Society, the Women's Dermatologic Society, and the American Medical Association. Hailey enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Hailey and her husband, Nick Malone, live in Atlanta.

Dr. Jennifer L. Buckley

Dr. Jennifer L. Buckley grew up in Flanders, a small town in northern New Jersey. She attended the University of Vermont and graduated with a degree in social work. After working for several years as a social worker in a hospital setting, she decided to pursue a career in medicine. Despite being accepted to several medical schools in the New England area, she decided to travel south to attend Tulane University School of Medicine. During her time as a medical student, she also attained a master's degree in public health. Dr. Buckley distinguished herself as a medical student and was the recipient of the Merck Award for Outstanding Performance as a Medical Student. After fulfilling a one-year rotating internship, she completed a three-year residency program in dermatology at Tulane. After finishing her residency, Dr. Buckley moved to the state of Georgia and entered private practice. She has published several articles in the medical literature on dermatology and dermatologic surgery. Dr. Buckley is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (board certified). She is a member of the following organizations: American Academy of Dermatology, Atlanta Association for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, American Medical Association, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Atlanta Women's Medical Alliance. The focus of her practice is general and cosmetic dermatology. She is an active member of the medical staff of both Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta and Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.

Dr. Jessie Lee

Dr. Jessie Lee, M.D. grew up in Seoul and graduated from Korea University School of Medicine in 1981. She then completed four years of residency training in anatomic pathology at St. Luke's - Roosevelt Hospital Center, affiliate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Thereafter, she continued her training during a two year fellowship in Dermatopathology at Boston University School of Medicine. Before moving to Atlanta, Dr. Lee served as associate director and senior consultant in Dermatopathology at Quest Diagnostics' mid-Atlantic region. She joined Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C. in 2012 after working for four years at North Georgia Dermatopathology, P.C. Dr. Lee is board-certified in Dermatopathology, cytopathology, and anatomic pathology. She has 30 years of experience in pathology, and her areas of interest include skin and soft tissue tumors, inflammatory dermatoses, and immunohistopathology. She has published multiple articles in the leading Dermatopathology and Dermatology journals. She is also a member of several medical societies including the American Society of Dermatopathology, the International Society of Dermatopathology, and the Atlanta Association for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. In addition to working with microscopes, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with her nieces, swimming, reading, knitting, and drawing. Recently, her drawing is mostly limited to American girl dolls by the demands of her young nieces.

Dr. Lauren N. Daugherty

Dr. Lauren N. Daugherty grew up in Snellville, GA. She attended college at Emory University where she majored in Psychology, minored in Music, and graduated as a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Society. She stayed at Emory for medical school, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Following her Transitional Year internship at Gwinnett Medical Center, Dr. Daugherty returned to Emory for her Dermatology residency, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. In residency, Dr. Daugherty trained in pediatric and adult medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, laser procedures, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Daugherty has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in esteemed journals such as JAMA Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology, and Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (JAAD), amongst others. She has presented at national dermatological conferences, including the Society of Investigative Dermatology. Dr. Daugherty is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Daugherty's professional interests include management of pediatric and adult medical dermatologic conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), and autoimmune blistering diseases, as well as skin cancer screening, anti-aging medicine, and surgery, including cyst and skin cancer removal. Dr. Daugherty enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Greyson, and son, Asa. Her hobbies include baking, running, yoga, and cross stitching. She is also learning how to play the banjo.

Dr. Mark A. Chastain

Dr. Mark A. Chastain is a native of Georgia, having been born and raised in Columbus. He attended Emory University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He then moved to New Orleans where he attended Tulane University School of Medicine. After graduating, he remained at Tulane to complete an internship and Dermatology residency and was selected as chief resident during the final year. After residency, Dr. Chastain pursued his interest in skin cancer by completing an approved fellowship training program in Mohs micrographic surgery and advanced reconstructive surgery. His fellowship program was directed by Gary D. Monheit, M.D. in affiliation with the University of Alabama - Birmingham and the Callahan Eye Foundation Hospital in Birmingham, AL. Upon the completion of his fellowship, Dr. Chastain returned to Tulane to serve on the academic faculty as an assistant professor of Dermatology and Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and director of the Mohs surgery unit. He distinguished himself by authoring numerous publications and lecturing at various regional and national meetings. Dr. Chastain then returned to his home state of Georgia to enter private practice. He still holds a faculty position at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is also a clinical assistant professor at Emory University School of Medicine and is active in their teaching program. His practice is limited mainly to the management of patients with skin cancer and patients who are at risk for skin cancer. Dr. Chastain specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery as well as advanced reconstructive techniques, melanoma excision, and routine skin surgery. Dr. Chastain is on the medical staff of both Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta and Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. Dr. Matthew P. Hughes

Dr. Matthew P. Hughes, is an Atlanta native who stayed in Georgia for both his undergraduate and medical studies. After graduating from Lovett, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors at the University of Georgia in Athens and then attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. While in medical school, he received the prestigious Excellence in Medicine Clerkship, awarded annually to one junior student who demonstrates the utmost in skill and dedication. After graduation, Dr. Hughes completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science. Thereafter, he remained in Little Rock for a dermatology residency. To advance his training even further, he completed a procedural dermatology (Mohs) fellowship in Kentucky at the University of Louisville. He has published and presented extensively on many dermatological matters, including skin cancer viruses, drug toxicity, and genetic mutations as they relate to cancer. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) (board certified) and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Hughes is board certified in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. His passion for preventative care and the total treatment of skin cancer is evident even outside his professional endeavors. While in Arkansas, he served on the board of the Arkansas Foundation for Skin Cancer. This organization, composed of local dermatologists, increases awareness about skin cancer through educating both the medical community and general public. Dr. Hughes also spearheaded a yearly free skin cancer screening event for the community. His philosophy is simple: provide nothing but exceptional care to patients no matter their condition or concern. Dr. Hughes specializes in dermatologic surgery, focusing his work on Mohs micrographic surgery and advanced reconstruction. He also offers invaluable expertise in the fields of skin cancer, fillers and neurotoxins. He enjoys cooking, fishing and being outdoors. Dr. Hughes and his wife, Erika, have a son and a daughter.

Garrett D. Freeman

Garrett D. Freeman, PA-C grew up in Savannah, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. After college, Garrett chose to remain at Florida to pursue a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University Of Florida College Of Medicine. He received his MPAS in June of 2002. After completing multiple rotations in general medicine, Garrett found a special interest in the field of Dermatology. He joined Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C. in January of 2006 with over three years of experience in Dermatology. As a provider for Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C., Garrett practices general Dermatology and Dermatologic surgery and also assists Dr. Chastain in Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery. Garrett is licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners and maintains certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants organization. Garrett is a volunteer track coach at Trinity Christian School in Sharpsburg, Ga. He enjoys running, cycling, and taking advantage of Atlanta's local activities with his four children.

J. Nicole Flandry

J. Nicole Flandry, M.D. is a native of Columbus, Georgia. After attending college at Furman University, she received her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed her residency training at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania where she was appointed Chief Resident. Dr. Flandry is proud to have published articles in both Dermatologic and Pediatric Journals. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the Medical Association of Georgia, the Muscogee County Medical Society, the American Board of Dermatology (board certified), the Women's Dermatologic Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Flandry is also an Expert Injector, demonstrating extreme due diligence in regards to patient safety, reliable results, and consumer education. Dr. Flandry has recently returned to Columbus and is excited to serve her community through Skin Cancer Specialists & Aesthetic Center.

Jennifer L. Jones

Jennifer L. Jones, M.D. grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia. She graduated with honors from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. She attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia and graduated first in her class. For this accomplishment, she received the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation as well as numerous other awards. Dr. Jones completed two years of internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts before beginning her training in dermatology. She then completed her dermatology residency at Harvard Medical School, where she was selected as chief resident during her final year. After practicing academic dermatology at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, she returned home to Georgia where she has resided since 2007. Dr. Jones is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has interests in medical dermatology and skin cancer prevention. Dr. Jones enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is married and has four boys.

Laura Frances Smith

Laura Frances Smith, PA-C grew up in the small south Georgia town of Douglas. She attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate studies and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science. After college, she attended the Medical College of Georgia to earn her Physician Assistant degree. After completing multiple rotations in general medicine and a preceptorship in plastic surgery, she enjoyed practicing Electrophysiology and Cardiology for seven years in Macon, GA as well as in Atlanta at the Piedmont Heart Institute. After moving to the Atlanta area, Laura Frances was excited to pursue her passion for a career in Dermatology. Since October of 2012, she has practiced dermatology in the Atlanta, Columbus, and Charleston areas. Laura Frances joined Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C. & Aesthetic Center with nearly 8 years of dermatology experience. She loves dermatology in that she can provide comprehensive, personalized care of medical, cosmetic, and surgical patients. She has a particular interest in aesthetic dermatology and cosmetic enhancements and is a highly-skilled and sought-after injector. She has attended numerous selective master injector courses with some of the nation's most renowned physicians to ensure she stays up to date on the most innovative, non-surgical approaches to facial rejuvenation. She is an artist, well-known for her bedside manner, who loves helping her patients achieve their aesthetic goals on a timeline that works for them. Laura Frances is licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners and maintains certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants. She is an active member of the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants organization and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Laura Frances enjoys being active in the community, traveling, reading, skiing, cooking, and spending time with her two cavaliers, Arnie and Charlie, as well as her friends and family.

Lauren M. Fisher

Lauren Fisher, PA-C is a certified physician assistant and senior cosmetic laser practitioner with over a decade of experience in the field of dermatology. Lauren completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia where she earned her bachelor's degree in biology in 2005. She then attended George Washington University where she completed the Physician Assistant program and earned her Master's of Science in Health Science in 2008. Prior to joining Skin Cancer Specialists, P.C. & Aesthetic Center, Lauren practiced dermatology at offices in both the Atlanta and Washington, D.C. areas. Lauren enjoys the diversity that dermatology has to offer and has expertise in evaluating and treating a broad range of dermatologic and surgical conditions. She also offers a wide array of cosmetic and anti-aging treatments in order to help her patients feel like the best version of themselves. Lauren has a special interest in psoriasis, eczema, teenage acne, skin cancer, and aesthetic medicine. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed by the Georgia Composite Medical Board. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants, the National Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Association of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Lauren grew up in Johns Creek, GA and now resides in Milton with her husband and three little boys. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and playing tennis.

Lauren McMahon

Lauren McMahon, ACLP, is an aesthetician who discovered her passion for skin care at a young age after struggling with various skin problems. She believes that the most rewarding part of her career comes from empowering others to feel comfortable in their skin by teaching them the steps needed to produce lasting results. Following this goal, she graduated from the Elaine Sterling Institute with her Esthetics license in 2018. Lauren performs laser hair removal, Fraxel resurfacing laser, microneedling, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, and various other skin treatments with continued advanced training. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors, and working out.

Leigh Price

Leigh Price, ACLP is a graduate of Dalton School of Esthetics and completed her laser training at Quest Medical. Having worked in the medical aesthetics field for many years, and for a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Leigh is well versed in cosmetic procedures, such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, IPL, Clear and Brilliant, laser hair removal, microneedling and CoolSculpting to name a few. Leigh has a passion for helping you achieve the healthy, youthful look you seek. She also specializes in results-driven skincare, and works hard to stay current with the newest treatments and the latest products. She loves to pass that knowledge on by teaching her patients how to take care of their skin. Leigh enjoys spending her free time with her family and new puppy, "Ace."

Louis K. Herskowitz

Dr. Louis J. Herskowitz is a native of Florida. He moved to Atlanta and attended Emory University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He then relocated to Miami and attended the University of Miami School of Medicine where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Herskowitz completed his internship at Georgetown University in Washington, DC before returning to Atlanta where he completed his residency training at Emory. He is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of many societies and professional associations including the Georgia Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, the Atlanta Association for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, the Society for Investigative Dermatology, and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Herskowitz enjoys bicycling in his spare time. He is married with three children and one grandchild.

Rhea Douglas

Rhea Douglas, PA-C grew up in Richmond, VA. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Virginia (UVA). After working in the pharmaceutical industry for Pfizer, she moved to Atlanta and earned her Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. She then decided to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant after working as a mental health counselor in order to broaden her medical knowledge and clinical training. In 2008, she graduated with honors from Emory University's Physician Assistant Program and earned her Master's degree in Medical Science. After completing multiple rotations in general medicine with two preceptorships in dermatology, she joined Dermatology Associates of Georgia where she worked continuously for 12 years. With over a decade of dermatology experience, she has mentored and trained PA students and newly graduated PA's in the field of dermatology. She has given lectures in the Physician Assistant programs at Emory University and Mercer University. She practices general Dermatology, Dermatologic surgery, and Cosmetic Dermatology. Rhea has a special interest in acne, rosacea, atopic dermatitis, and skin cancer. Rhea is licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Medical Examiners and maintains certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants organization. Rhea loves the outdoors and lives an active lifestyle. She enjoys hiking, tennis, and yoga. She also loves to read, cook, and spend time with family. She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband, two children, and family dog.
