We have a full-time enrichment director who fills the calendar every month with so many interesting activities. There is so much variety offered - Bingo, BYOB parties, on-site concerts both inside and outside in the summer, movies, presentations from retired professors on interesting topics, and even pet therapy. There are excursions to gardens, restaurants, concerts, apple orchards, and museums. People are very engaged and active here. We see 95-year-olds dancing at the concerts and attending all of the fun programs. We even have wine and chocolate tasting here!... All the staff members here are dedicated to serving the residents whether they work in housekeeping, maintenance, administration, all the way up to the Managing Director. Many of the employees here have been here for 17+ years. We have a very low turnover rate of employees which strengthens consistency of service. We truly work as a team...
