Christine Mann

Christine Mann was born and raised in the Washington, DC area. She is a graduate from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Christine started her real estate career by working in the mortgage industry for over 5 years, starting as a loan processor and eventually moving into a management role. Christine then transitioned from the mortgage business into real estate sales and became a licensed real estate agent in MD, DC, and VA. After moving to North Carolina in 2009, she changed roles within the Fitzpatrick Group from Agent/Client Care Specialist to Marketing Director, Operations Manager focusing on social media and backend operations in the real estate industry. Christine and her husband, Jeff, a Business Integration Consultant, have one son and three daughters. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She is also an avid reader, enjoys photography, traveling and running with her husband, son, and three daughters in local 5k races.

Erin Bellissimo

Erin Bellissimo was born and raised in the Washington, DC area until she moved to Colorado in 2003 to attend the prestigious the United States Air Force Academy, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science. Upon graduation, she was commissioned as an officer in the Air Force and has lived in Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and currently resides in Arkansas. She completed her MBA in March of 2015 and is applying to graduate programs in the hopes of furthering her education by earning a Ph.D. in Psychology. Erin separated from active duty Air Force in 2013 and is now in the Reserves, serving as a Liaison Officer Director for the Air Force Academy. She and her husband, Danny, an active duty Air Force C-130J pilot, have three children, Grady, Shea, and Waverly, in addition to two dogs.

James Fitzpatrick Real

James Fitzpatrick grew up in Montgomery County and currently resides in Washington, DC. He graduated from Thomas S. Wootton High School where he was captain of the golf team. After graduating he attended West Virginia University. James started his real estate career in the mortgage industry were he worked for 3 years; first as a Loan Officer Assistant and then as the Operations and Production Coordinator for Maryland. In that role, James managed seven offices in the region. James built upon his experience by coupling his mortgage knowledge with his excellent sales skill set to become a real estate agent and joined The Fitzpatrick Group. James takes personal pride in assisting buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs. James is licensed in all three local jurisdictions; Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. In his free time, James enjoys golfing, basketball, volunteering, working out and watching sports. He also has fun spending time with his friends and family, including his sisters, four nephews and five nieces.

Kevin Conley Real

Kevin Conley is a fourth generation Washingtonian who grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He is the sixth of seven children and attended Quince Orchard High School where he played baseball. Kevin graduated from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC where he also played baseball and was captain of the team. After college, Kevin joined a local property management firm where he leased and managed a portfolio of single-family homes with a combined value of over 40 million dollars. As a licensed agent in MD, DC, and VA, Kevin recently joined the Fitzpatrick Group team and has made a great addition due to his eight years of experience, ample industry knowledge, and passion for real estate. Kevin currently resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife Kristen, daughters Grace and Reese and son Johnny. He enjoys playing softball and golf, exercising, and spending time with his family. We are excited about the wealth of experience Kevin brings as the newest member of the Fitzpatrick Group team!

Melissa Hamlin Real

Melissa is a native Californian who maximized life as a Navy family and traveled the world before settling down in the Washington area. She graduated from The University of Maryland with a Business degree and worked for a Boston residential developer prior to joining The Fitzpatrick Group. Managing her military family through eight moves and several home purchases and sales, Melissa understands the complexities involved in moving and works hard to make her clients' experiences enjoyable while guiding them to a successful settlement. As a Realtor, Melissa is passionate about the details of the transaction, the needs and goals of her clients, and protecting their interests. In addition, Melissa is the team's Client Services Coordinator and keeps everything on track. She is the reason The Fitzpatrick Group functions so smoothly and on such a high level. Active in her church, the mother of two teenagers and married for 20 years, Melissa stays busy in her free time. Among her favorite activities are international travel, playing volleyball, reading a great book and most importantly, moments spent with family and friends.

Susan Fitzpatrick

Susan Fitzpatrick is a recognized leader in her company, Long and Foster, as well as in Potomac, Maryland, raising the standard of service for sellers and buyers in the greater Washington, DC area year after year. Her real estate career began in 1986, and through working smart, being determined, and placing her clients' needs as top priority, Susan was recognized as Rookie of the Year in an office that boasts over one billion dollars in annual sales production - the top office in the country! Susan has always valued education. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and her MBA from Johns Hopkins University. Because of the growing demands of the real estate profession, Susan continues to seek out the most timely and relevant real estate education, most recently earning her CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert) from the Distressed Property Institute. Because of the unique scenarios that people encounter during the relocation process, Susan felt it important to get trained as a Relocation Specialist. She carries an active license in three states and the capitol - Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, and North Carolina - allowing her to be of service to her clients at a level many agents don't aspire to. Because of her repeat business and her expanding clientele, Susan recognized the need to form a professional team educated and trained to consistently provide her loyal clients outstanding service. She chose her key team members because of her sharp ear to listen to clients' needs as well as her desire to serve others. Real estate truly is Susan's passion. Having said that, she's also active in many other pursuits. Susan is an avid runner, has studied at L'Academie de Cuisine, has raised four kids, enjoys traveling internationally with her husband and her colleagues, and is constantly reading business, motivation, and self-improvement books to grow and stretch herself.
