Cole Hamrick - CTO

Cole Hamrick is a 2010 graduate of Shelby High School and a 2014 graduate of The University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a Bachelors of fine arts degree in sound design and engineering. Since graduating he has worked designing and engineering professionally at Weston Playhouse in Vermont, Signature Theatre in Arlington Virginia, and Children's Theatre of Charlotte. After gaining that experience, he is thrilled to be back home at Malcolm Brown Auditorium and Shelby High School Theatre. Cole is also on the Board of Directors for The Greater Shelby Community Theatre.

Dan Treharne

Dan Treharne has been involved in area theatre since 1994 and was part of the cast that led Shelby High Theatre to its first ever North Carolina Theatre Conference State High School Play Festival win in 1997. After graduating in 1998, he traveled to the University of North Carolina Greensboro, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Education. Serving as director of the Kings Mountain High School Theatre Department from 2003 to 2017, Dan won several Excellence in Directing awards as well as the State High School Play Festival in 2012 and Wells Fargo Best Musical Tier 1 for Little Shop of Horrors at the 2015 Blumey Awards. He has served as an actor, director, president and board member for both Kings Mountain Little Theatre and Greater Shelby Community Theatre. Dan is proud to be currently serving on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Theatre Conference. He is excited for the opportunity to lead Shelby High School Theatre in the next act of it's production
