TechTraining provides corporate and government education and training. Our specialty is project management, including Waterfall, Phase and Agile as well as Microsoft software and leadership topics. We do this by expediting tasks efficiently and effectively through Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams and Project or building missing skill sets in change management, negotiation, problem solving, facilitation, teamwork, time management, decision making communications, conflict management, process improvement to name a few. One tool used in the PMP® course is micro learning. Micro learning is a style of teaching of highly engaging bursts of concentrated information obtained upon request through elearning. Through online, onsite or a combination of both we can help you, or your organization, accomplish more with the same resources and tools.
