My name is Heidi Wyman. I have 29 years experience working with people with disabilities in New Hampshire. For the past 18 years, my work has focused on transition to life after high school for students with disabilities... I provide consultation, education and referral services to students and families; professional development and program development services to schools and organizations. I specialize in transition assessment, self-determination practices, family engagement strategies, and accessing adult services.
