Our unique approach involve a bottom up and top down approach that lead to concerted action with a variety of stakeholders. We want to provide an (a) opportunity for cities to meet their clean energy and environmental goals (b) energy choices for residents and businesses (c) transparency of information, and (d) encourage informed decision in the public interest.
