Attorney Kuklinski has experience representing employees in a broad range of employment issues, with a particular focus on employment discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), wrongful termination, and hostile work environment claims. She takes a collaborative and client-focused approach to her practice, and wants to work with you to reach your goals. Ms. Kuklinski understands that losing your job or experiencing harassment at work is one of the most stressful and disruptive life events a person can experience, and wants to help guide you through this difficult process.
Prior to joining Zoldan Law Group, Ms. Kuklinski practiced employment law in Madison, Wisconsin, where she exclusively represented employees in disputes against their employers. Ms. Kuklinski has extensive experience litigating employment cases before administrative agencies and federal court, as well as providing advice and counsel for clients within an ongoing employment relationship.
Ms. Kuklinski graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a Concentration in Labor and Employment Law, earning Honors in the Concentration. During law school, in addition to clerking for an employment law firm, she also worked as a student advocate for the Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Persons Project, assisting prison inmates throughout the state in a broad variety of civil and criminal legal issues. She also served as an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Kuklinski enjoys spending time with her cats, strolling the Scottsdale's farmer's market, and exploring the valley's craft breweries.

Attorney James Weiler primarily focuses his practice on litigating employment law matters including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Mr. Weiler also has significant experience handling a wide variety of litigation matters in the areas of Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Construction, Product Liability, General Liability/Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice and Workers' Compensation. Mr. Weiler has successfully represented clients in matters involving serious damages with significant potential trial awards. Mr. Weiler was responsible for managing their litigation portfolio, managing commercial transactions, conducting internal investigations, advising on credit and collection matters, advising on a wide array of compliance matters, and addressing numerous other business matters that would arise.
Attorney Jason Barrat focuses his practice on wage and hour employment law. Mr. Barrat helps victims who are not compensated their full minimum wages or overtime wages. Mr. Barrat is an aggressive litigator who files almost exclusively in Federal Court. This includes victims who are misclassified as an independent contractor, paid straight wages for all hours worked over 40 in a given workweek, have not received their last paychecks, or missing wages. Ms. Miller has spent her entire career practicing almost exclusively in employment law. She is well-acclimated to the courtroom and has acted as lead counsel and assistant counsel in over one hundred lawsuits, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. She has also filed appellate briefs and argued in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Miller has been recognized by Super Lawyers and was selected as a "Rising Star" based on peer recognition and professional achievement. Ms. Miller has a diverse practice, litigating against national and global entities and acquiring millions of dollars in settlement for her clients.
Ms. Miller's employment practice extends to healthcare professionals with complaints against their licenses. She argues in front of state licensing boards to preserve licensure for her clients, exhaust administrative remedies, and has appealed license revocation to Superior Court.
Ms. Miller graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law as one of the most distinguished in her class. She was an appointed Chairwoman on the Arizona State Law Review and worked as an assistant instructor for legal writing with Arizona Summit Law School. She was also a staff editor for publications at both schools.

Prior to starting The Zoldan Law Group, Mr. Zoldan worked for numerous law firms where he had an opportunity to hone his litigation skills by working on multiple litigation cases with some of the most skilled litigators.
