Iain Gibbons is a design-led building Surveyor and Architectural Technologist with more than 30 years experience in a wide variety of projects.
He has fulfilled a primary role as Project Surveyor / Architectural Technologist on all building types from Educational to Historic Buildings with considerable experience also on a domestic scale. Iain is proficient in all aspects of procurement from inception to completion with an avid interest in environmental design issues.
Richard Addenbrook is a Chartered Architect with over 30 years of quality experience in a broad array of projects. He has received awards for his work and has held senior management positions in two well known architectural practices. Richard offers a unique combination of design, technical and administrative expertise and has a keen interest in environmental issues, with extensive experience in construction physics. He acts as an expert witness in construction-related litigation including the undertaking of building "health checks" and remedial works.
