Jeffrey has spent his career working in the R&D function in the personal care industry. Following over fifteen years with Unilever working in India, South Africa and the UK, Jeffrey moved to Molton Brown where he was R&D Vice President for six years. Jeffrey has expertise in personal care product formulation, personal care regulatory compliance, product claim substantiation, new product development, R&D strategy and R&D team leadership and development.

Mark has over thirty years experience in FMCG supply chain management. His formative years were spent working for the Mars Corporation, and most recently he was Supply Chain Director for Molton Brown. He has expertise in all elements of the Supply Chain : Purchasing, In House Manufacturing, 3rd Party Manufacturing, Planning and Inventory Management, Quality Management, Warehousing and Logiistics.
