Alex joined our Manchester clinic team 5 years ago as a temp in the reception team. He showed a passion and desire to learn and develop, and an ambition to be offered a permanent role at the earliest opportunity. From there, he moved into a patient coordinator role, exceeding in customer service and building very strong rapport with the doctors and surgeons.
Alex soon became the go to person for most things happening at the Manchester clinic. Supported by a very strong team, we had no hesitation in offering the role of Clinic Manager to Alex and we are confident the whole team will flourish with his support.
Alex has a strong and extensive knowledge and experience in plastic surgery, hair transplants, varicose veins and all other cosmetic treatments we offer in clinic.

Dr Lorcan Sheppard is the Chief Medical Officer at The Private Clinic of Harley Street. Prior to this he has been in roles related to clinical governance and re-validation of doctors. Dr Sheppard has been a Responsible Officer for a number of organisations since the introduction of Re-validation for Doctors in 2012. He is also a certified Caldicott Guardian and has a special interest in information governance in healthcare.
Dr Lorcan Sheppard is a former NHS consultant specialising in Anaesthesia and Critical Care. In 2010 he was appointed as Director of Anaesthesia by The Healthcare Management Trust. In addition, Dr Sheppard acts as a Responsible Officer for the re-validation of doctors in independent practice and advises on quality and standards in this sector. In 2018, he took on the role of Medical Director with The Private Clinic.
Now as Chief Medical Officer at The Private Clinic of Harley Street, Dr Sheppard is able to provide direct leadership and guidance on matters related to clinical governance and compliance.

Dr Rishika Sinha is a Consultant Dermatologist on the Specialist Register. She is qualified to consult on all general dermatology conditions, but holds a special interest in Skin Cancer.
She is proficient at performing Skin Biopsies, Mole Checks and Removals, while being able to administer intralesional corticosteroids for Keloid Scars, and Cryotherapy for the treatment of Warts and Sun Damage. Hair Transplant surgery for scar repair is designed to add hair to cover the scar, it is not designed to remove the scar.
Jane graduated from the Institute of Trichologists in 1993 and has since worked at some of the UK's most respected hair clinics.
She is a well-known campaigner for women with alopecia, and has set up a support group in her local hometown of Rochester to help those who suffer from the condition. She believes in a holistic approach to treatment and focuses heavily on dietary plans to ensure patients' wider health is considered.
A regular commentator in well-known publications and media outlets, Jane also shares her expertise on hair and scalp issues through newsletters and lectures to industry specialists. She was chosen as an expert trichologist for the ‘Regaine for Women' campaign where she had the opportunity to liaise with both haircare professionals and those suffering from hair loss.
Jane works at our London Harley Street, Birmingham and Northampton clinics offering a sympathetic and sensitive service to all aspects of hair loss and scalp issues. She focuses on underlying factors with nutrition which forms a large part of her service and treatment advice.

Mel Recchia has been a registered nurse for 20 years, originally working in Burns & Plastics and Accident & Emergency at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. Mel has a keen interest in the world of medical aesthetics and gradually entered into aesthetic nursing in 2007.
Mel is an independent nurse prescriber and can offer the full range of injectable treatments including anti-wrinkle injections and both advanced and basic dermal filler treatments including non-surgical facelift, non-surgical nose reshaping, tear trough and lips. Mel can also offer PDO thread lifting for faces, eyes and forehead/brow lifts and Sclerotherapy for thread veins on the legs .

Mr Andrea Bianchi is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon who specialised in orthopaedics and traumatology at the University of the Studies of Perugia. Since then, Dr Andrea Bianchi has developed a unique and innovative minimally invasive surgical procedure technique for the treatment of a number of very common but usually painful foot conditions, including bunions, hammertoes and rigid toes.
Since 1995, Dr Bianchi and his dedicated team have worked together to develop a surgical approach to treating foot conditions inspired by keyhole surgery techniques. Dr Bianchi's specialised technique allows patients with bunions to have their feet treated with no need for lengthy downtimes, no pins and no wires that are often associated with traditional bunion surgery.
Having devoted the past 10 years of his career to the treatment of feet, Dr Bianchi has perfected his approach to such standards that he now delivers this treatment in hospitals all over Italy. Mr Kyriakides is a qualified Consultant Vascular surgeon and a fellow of Harvard Medical School. He is a consultant to Barts and The London NHS Trust running a busy practice in all aspects of vascular surgery. Mr Duncan Parry is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon who qualified in Sheffield in 1993 (MBChB) and subsequently undertook his specialist training (FRCS) and a research doctorate (MD) on vascular units within the Yorkshire Region.
During that time he obtained additional post-graduate qualifications in Health Research (PG Cert) and Medical Ultrasound (PG Cert with Distinction).
Mr Duncan Parry was appointed as a Consultant Vascular Surgeon at the Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust in 2009 and continues to practice as a fulltime NHS Consultant within the West Yorkshire Vascular Service (WYVAS). Over the past thirteen years he has developed surgical expertise including carotid endarterectomy, abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair, peripheral arterial bypass, complex revision vascular surgery, thoracic outlet decompression, chronic compartment syndrome and the diabetic foot.
Over the past twenty years Mr Parry has developed research interests which include cardiovascular risk in peripheral arterial disease and familial cardiovascular risk factor clustering. He was awarded the Moynihan Prize in 2003 at the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland. Since then he has published more than thirty research articles in peer reviewed journals. Recent publications include the use of the Omniflow II™ bioprosthetic graft for vascular graft infections. He is currently evaluating the UK's first experience using patient co-operative general anaesthesia during carotid endarterectomy in around 300 subjects.
Mr Parry has a specialist interest in varicose veins and the provision of high quality endovenous surgery remains his clinical passion. He has now performed over 2500 procedures to date including VNUS RFA, EVLA, phlebectomies, ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy and microsclerotherapy.
