Solomon has also written articles for laypeople and professionals, including an article he coauthored for the August 2011 issue of the Journal of Taxation entitled, Is the Trading Safe Harbor for Non-U.S. Tax Payers Compatible with the Section 475(f) Election?... Prior to obtaining his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School and his J.D. from Cardozo Law School, Solomon who is also a CPA, worked in a supervisory audit position for the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he was recognized with the Inspector General's Award of Honor.
