Armando has been a valued Cars Automotive & Muffler employee since 2018. Armando first began working as a technician in 1993. Armando is our exhaust specialist and holds several other ASE certifications and takes pride in his work. If not working on cars he loves to go see rodeos with his wife and is always up for a good BBQ with his family and friends.
Art has been a valued Cars Automotive & Muffler employee since 2016. Art first began selling parts to the retail and began working as a technician in 1999. He holds an ASE certificate in air conditioning and brakes and prides his work in these two areas. If not working on cars he love music and DJs on the weekends for family and friends. He loves to BBQ and you find him at the shop feeding the team on most Saturdays. But most of all, he loves the time he spends with his daughter.
Beau has been a valued Cars Automotive & Muffler employee since March 2021. Beau first began working in the automotive industry in 2017 in the customer service side of the business. Beau takes pride as the shop porter and is quickly mastering the front end of vehicles. When not at work, Beau loves to go to concerts and camping with his wife, family, and friends.

Chad joined our team in August of 2021. He started in the automotive industry in 1998 at the age of 16 years old. He is an ASE certified master technician, who on his free time enjoys hiking, country music concerts and spending time with dog Makayla.

Dale has been a valued Cars Automotive & Muffler employee since 2021. Dale first began in the auto dealerships in 2011 in the parts department than moved into the Auto Body industry as a parts manager in 2015. With still outstanding customer service he began as a service advisor and strives to give each and every customer the best experience in service. When not working, he enjoys walking his dog Max along the beach and playing video games in his free time.

Dodge Ram - Most people are familiar with the Dodge Ram. The Ram pickup historically has been one of the most popular Dodge vehicles. In 2010, Dodge spun the legendary pickup truck off into its own brand. Today RAM is a separate brand from Dodge, but many people still associate the two.
Gilda left the diamond & fine jewelry industry after 16 years and jumped into the Automotive Industry working at Edelbrock Corporation in 1997. Gilda joined Cars Automotive & Muffler full time in 1999, but after her sons were born in 2000, raising identical twins with autism took her away from Cars Automotive & Muffler. By 2005 Gilda was back in full swing, and can now be found running around at Cars Automotive & Muffler doing just about everything except she leaves the mechanic work to the rest of the team. Gilda loves to volunteer and has given much of her spare time to PTA, Rotary, Friendship Circle, El Segundo Education Foundation, & many Autism organizations. When not volunteering, Gilda loves to spend time with her family, friends, BBQs and enjoys traveling with Michael, Brent & Troy.
John Dodge founded the Dodge Brothers Company in 1900 and manufactured engines and other parts for customers like Olds Motor Vehicle Company and the Ford Motor Company. In 1914, John and Horace Dodge had developed a car of their own: the four-cylinder Dodge Model 30/35 touring car. Just two years later, Dodge was the second-highest selling car brand in the United States.
Unfortunately, both Horace and John passed away in 1920, and the Dodge Brothers Company was passed to their widows, who made long-time employee Frederick Haynes the company president. Dodge was eventually sold to Chrysler in 1928. In 1932, Chrysler built a factory for Dodge cars to be manufactured in Los Angeles, California. Dodge added safety features to their vehicles like a smooth, flat dashboard with no protruding knobs, curved door handles, and padded front-seat backs for the benefit of the rear-seat occupants.
After World War II, Dodge was able to sell more cars, and the design of their vehicles improved with the hiring of corporate design chief Virgil Exner. With upgraded design and the production of stronger engines, Dodge sales began to skyrocket in the 1960s as freeway travel became popular among Americans. The Dodge Charger became a best-seller and won several NASCAR races. The Cornet R/T and Super Bee also sold well with drivers seeking muscle cars. In response to the oil crisis of 1973, Dodge began releasing compact family cars like the Dodge Aspen, which was marketed as the "Family Car of the Future." Kevin has been a valued Cars Automotive & Muffler employee since 2004. He began his automotive career at the age of 10 sweeping the floors in his family's business. At the age of 18 he began his ASE certifications and became a Master Technician at the age of 21 years old. He also holds a National Child Passenger Safety Certification, Brake & Lamp, and is a Smog Technician. He loves to keep up in the latest technology in the automotive industry and keeps the shop up with the latest IT systems. He enjoys racing RC cars, snowboarding and especially spending time with wife and beautiful daughters.

Michael began working for his parents when they bought Cars Automotive & Muffler​ in 1979. He took over the business when his parents retired in 1992. Since taking over, Michael has overseen many changes at Cars Automotive & Muffler, especially when he expanded the business into a full automotive repair facility in 1994. He is always seeking improvement within his business and takes pride in how the shop has grown. Michael enjoys scouting with his sons, boating, water skiing, riding his desert toys, but everyone who knows him, knows that making everything clean is his favorite hobby.

Richard has been a valued Cars Automotive & Muffler employee since 1999. Started in the automotive industry at the age 16 years old, received his ASE Master Technician certifications at the age of 20 years old. He holds brake, lamp & smog certifications and in the industry for 39 years. When not working on cars he enjoys music, reading, hiking, and servicing in ministry at his church. He is a devoted family man, married for over 34 years and enjoys spending time with their daughter and his son when is in town on leave from the Marine Corp.

Ruben has been a valued Cars Automotive & Muffler employee since May 2021. Ruben first began working as a technician at the early age of 18 years old. If not working at Cars, he loves skateboarding, beating his 40 second Rubik's cube time, and excited to be expecting his first baby in 2022.
