The Espionage Research Institute International (ERII) was formed by J.D. LeaSure in 2011, shortly after the passing of Glenn H. Whidden. Mr. Whidden was the Founder and Director of the Espionage Research Institute (ERI), a 28-year veteran of The Central Intelligence Agency and a seasoned expert in the field of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM).
