She has nearly 15 years of experience in premium finance and has collaborated with numerous life insurance carriers, firms and brokers, as well as professional organizations. Prior to joining Commerce Trust, she served as southwest region vice president at Wintrust Life Finance where her responsibilities included business development, carrier relations and competitive intelligence.
She earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics with a concentration in actuarial science and business from the University of Texas at Austin. She also has obtained her Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations. Amanda is a longtime member of the Junior League of Austin, Texas.

John is a senior advisor and relationship manager for Commerce Trust. He is responsible for providing fiduciary and trust administrative capabilities to retirement plans, public and Taft-Hartley plans, foundations, and endowments. John works closely with our clients and provides advisory oversight on administrative matters impacting their relationship. Serving as the single point of contact for our internal team, he coordinates all client service deliverables, including the various day-to-day aspects of the trust relationship, client reporting requirements, portfolio reviews, and client inquiries.
John joined Commerce in 1998 with more than 27 years of experience in trust administration, handling relationships for employee benefit plans, endowment funds, and non-profit entities. Prior to his career in trust administration, he worked in the customer service field for a major retail chain.
John received his degree in business administration from University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1986. He earned the designation of Certified Retirement Services Professional in March 2000. He also completed the retirement plan services curriculum of Cannon Financial Institute in January 2003.

Lisa facilitates all aspects of relationship management for the client team, including administering complex trusts, maintaining client communication, and coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver a superior client experience. She has more than 18 years of experience in working with other team members and outside advisors to provide estate and tax planning advice and education for multi-generational families.
Lisa joined Commerce Trust after a distinguished career as a senior relationship manager. She advised significant client relationships, oversaw personal trust and fiduciary administration, and provided credit and banking solutions to meet the needs of high net worth families. Previously, Lisa taught Spanish as a language instructor at St. Louis Community College and Washington University in St. Louis.
Lisa earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and political theory from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts degree in Hispanic language and literature from Washington University in St. Louis.

Lora is a senior advisor and relationship manager for institutional services for Commerce Trust. She is responsible for providing fiduciary and trust administrative capabilities to retirement plans, public and Taft-Hartley plans, foundations, and endowments.
Lora works closely with our clients and provides advisory oversight on administrative matters impacting their relationship. Serving as the single point of contact for our internal team, she coordinates all client service deliverables, including the various day-to-day aspects of the trust relationship, client reporting requirements, portfolio reviews, and client inquiries. She also oversees the fringe benefit operations area. Lora joined Commerce in 1987 and has more than 25 years of experience working with institutional trust relationships.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Fontbonne College. Lora received the Certified Retirement Services Professional designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers and has earned the designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Lora is a member of the St. Louis Employee Benefit Association and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. She serves on the United Way Mental Health & Substance Abuse Panel and the United Way Community Investment Committee. Additionally, she is on the board of The Women's Foundation of Saint Louis. Lora likes to spend her free time with family and friends. She enjoys friendly competitive board games. She and her husband, Kevin, have five grown children and six grandchildren.

Lori is a tax accountant for Commerce Trust responsible for oversight of fiduciary tax and informational reporting, including income tax returns, 1099s, estate, and partnership returns.
She is also a technical advisor to operational staff on accounting income and tax issues, corporate capital actions, and general asset and account set-up and is a technical advisor to administration staff on general income and tax issues of our customers, document review, research, and basis issues. Lori joined Commerce in 1989.
Lori earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 1985 and master of science degree in accounting with a taxation focus in 1986, both from University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is currently involved in the community as finance committee chairperson and Celebrate Recovery leader at Broadway Baptist Church.

Paul is the Chief Operating Officer for Commerce Trust. He has overall responsibility for the processes and systems that support our clients and the various business lines within the Trust. Paul works with the rest of the senior leadership team to ensure the business runs smoothly on a daily basis and also in building out capabilities and support to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Prior to joining Commerce Bank in May of 2011, Paul worked at TIAA-CREF and Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company (now BMO) where he held several leadership positions that included Director of Operations for the TIAA-CREF Trust Company and Director of Product.
