In my current practice, I provide therapy to adolescents and adults, working as individuals, couples and families. Judy is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in creating and implementing workshops dealing with children and families for the past 20 years. Ms. Sininsky has dedicated her private practice working with people who are caring for loved ones with illnesses or disabilities. She has had several articles published in the area newspapers regarding parenting skills. Ms. Sininsky has an undergraduate degree in Special Education. In the past, she was an adjunct professor at Monmouth University teaching undergraduate social work courses and continues her postgraduate training in Psychodrama and Group Counseling. Additionally, Judy specializes in working with couples and the older population.

Kimberly Herman

Kim is a fully licensed LPC therapist. Her specialty is children under 10. She is also a certified Sand Play Therapist. She utilizes treatment modalities such as: CBT, Play Therapy and Mindfulness. Kim has over 20 years of experience working with children, adults and families. She has worked in a variety of settings including: domestic violence settings, school settings and outpatient programs for children. She specializes in anxiety and depression, family stressors, trauma, self-regulation, grief, ADHD, and self-esteem. Her primary focus is Sand Play Therapy as it provides a calm and safe environment for children to freely express themselves and process their thoughts and emotions. Children heal through play and self-expression. Kim welcomes the opportunity to help children express themselves and begin to learn and heal.

Patrice Hegel

Patrice is a licensed clinical social worker. She has been counseling for 25+ years and specializes in marital and adult individual counseling. Ms. Hegel has her undergraduate degree in psychology from Montclair State, a master's degree in social work from Rutgers University, and did her clinical internship at Princeton University. At Princeton, she was an interim counselor for the university's Sexual Harassment/Assault Advising, Resources and Education Program, as well as a member of their Eating Disorder Recovery Team. Ms Hegel continues her post-graduate training, maintaining an on-going education in clinical, ethical, and direct practice studies.
