Mr. Evong is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator with extensive experience in organizational and operational improvement, negotiations and M&A. He has over 10 years of experience in the oilfield services and transportation sectors. Since May 2014, Mr. Evong has been providing strategic business consulting and M&A related services to private and public companies in Western Canada. He has been working as a consultant to the corporation since February of 2015. Mr. Evong, working directly with Mr. Mullen and the Cordy Board of Directors, spearheaded the rightsizing of the business, which included the liquidation of non-core assets and operations, the paydown of approximately $12.0 million in secured debt, and refinancing of remaining debt on terms conducive to Alberta's current economic reality. Mr. Evong previously held senior roles at TSX listed companies.
Mr. Mullen is currently the Chairman of the Board of the Corporation. Mr. Mullen has over 27 years of experience and has served Mullen Trucking LP in various capacities. At the time of his departure, he was the Senior Vice President of Mullen Trucking LP. He also has been a director of Golconda Resources Ltd., a publicly-traded mineral and resource exploration company. He was appointed to the Mullen Group Ltd. Board of Directors in May 2011.

Our new Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hopper, is an experienced Chartered Professional Accountant with considerable expertise in the financial management sector. He has served a number of energy companies in his career. Before joining Cordy, Mr. Hopper has been VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer in a private energy company that provides quality water management systems in both the United States and Canada.
Calgary, Alberta Director since May 23, 2018 Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Alberta. He has over 23 years of accounting and finance experience. Since December 2017, Mr. King has held the title of Chief Financial Officer for CWC Energy Services Corp. Mr. King was the Vice President, Finance and Controller of Canadian International Oil Corp., a private oil and gas company. Prior to Canadian International Oil Corp., he was the Acting Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Mahalo Energy, a public oil and gas company with operational assets in the U.S.

Mr.Urquhart has over 35 years of senior business experience in the Canadian Building Materials Industry. He is currently the President of Slegg Building Materials, a position he has held since 2014. Slegg is a 71-year-old company and is the largest distributor of building products on Vancouver Island, serving General Contractors, Land Developers and Applicators involved in new construction and renovation markets. Prior to Slegg, he was CEO of the TIM-BR MART Group of Companies. He successfully led the company through an aggressive growth strategy, taking them from being a Western Canadian regional company to a coast to coast national player with sales over $2 billion. Mr.Urquhart has completed the Directors Education Program at the University of Calgary-Haskayne School of Business and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
