Adrian Goldstone

Adrian Goldstone brings expertise in all aspects of environmental management and project management. He has a strong reputation for creative business solutions. His skills are key to the investment process. As Executive Vice President at Dundee Precious Metals from 2006 to 2014, his accountabilities included Sustainable Business Development, Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Executive Project Management. Projects he oversaw included a project in Krumovgrad, Bulgaria, and the smelter emissions upgrade as well as the smelter acid plant in Tsumeb, Namibia. Prior to this, Mr. Goldstone was Partner and Managing Director Kingett Mitchell Ltd. for a decade. Kingett Mitchell was a diversified resource and environmental engineering consultancy based in New Zealand. He built a successful international minerals industry consultancy and grew the business to 5 times its size during his tenure. Golder Associates acquired Kingett Mitchell in 2006. Additionally, Mr. Goldstone spent 10 years in various roles with Cyprus Minerals and Cyprus Amax in their corporate and international groups.

Allen J. Palmiere

Mr. Palmiere is a Chartered Accountant by training, with over 35 years of extensive experience in managing operations in national and international environments. Mr. Palmiere's experience includes extensive operational and executive management roles in dynamic environments, M&A and financing. Mr. Palmiere's former positions include Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, HudBay Minerals Inc., Executive Chairman, Barplats Investments Ltd., President and CEO, Silk Road Resources Ltd, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Zemex Corporation, President and Chief Executive Officer, Breakwater Resources Ltd. Mr. Palmiere has served on several boards of public companies and charitable organizations.

Bruce McLeod

Mr. McLeod is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years of experience in all areas of the mining industry. Most recently, he was the President and CEO of Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. until Sabina was acquired by B2Gold Corp. in April 2023 for C$1.2B. Mr. McLeod also served as a director of Kaminak Gold Corp., which was acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for $520 million in 2016. Prior to that, he served in a senior capacity with a number of operating and development mining ventures, including President and CEO of Mercator Minerals Ltd.; President, CEO and director of Creston Moly Corp.; and founder of both Sherwood Copper Corp. and Stornoway Diamond Corp. He also served on the board of directors of Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corp. (acquired by Coeur D'Alene Mines for $1.2 billion) and Ariane Gold (acquired by Cambior Inc.) and has been involved in numerous projects at various stages of development while with the Northair Group. Mr. McLeod was the co-recipient of AME BC's E.A. Scholz award for excellence in mine development in 2009 and primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning and financing activities.

Darcy Donelle

Darcy Donelle has accumulated over 10 years of deep capital markets experience with Dundee. During his tenure with Dundee, Darcy spent time on the sell-side as a research associate, covering junior mining equities. Later, he transitioned to overseeing the finance and operations function for the organization's managed investment funds and actively assisted front-line executives with support for acquisition, divesture, fund-raising, structuring, and financing activities. Darcy brings in-depth experience in financial analysis and investment valuation and has built a reputation as a trusted technical advisor to management. Prior to 2010, Darcy worked in the assurance divisions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton. Mr. Donelle is a CFA® charterholder and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA). He is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick, earning a BA degree in Economics and Political Science and was a recipient of UNB's Dean Scholar Award.

Emily Griffiths

Emily Griffiths joined Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel as an associate with a focus on evaluating investment opportunities for the CMP and DGRC funds. Emily was previously at Kinross Gold from 2015 to 2020 where she worked on the geological technical services team supporting various sites, the technical evaluations team assessing M&A opportunities, and the PFS project management team for an advanced stage exploration project. Ms. Griffiths graduated from McGill University in 2015 where she completed an Honours degree in Earth Sciences and a minor in Mathematics.

Isabel Meharry

Isabel Meharry FCPA, FCA is a board advisor and retired C-Suite leader with extensive experience in strategy, finance, operations, business development and investments. Her areas of expertise include financial, risk management, audit, and corporate governance. Ms. Meharry commenced her career at Peat Marwick (KPMG), and has held senior positions at Green Shield Canada, FEI Canada, Aviva, ICBC, Manulife/North American Life, and Canadian Tire Corporation. She is currently Chair of the Compliance Audit Committee for the City of Toronto, and a director of Aprio, and the Buffalo Fort Erie Bridge Authority. Ms. Meharry holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business, and an Honours BA in Economics from the University of Toronto. She is a Director's College (McMaster University) graduate holding both her C. Dir and A.C.C. (Audit Committee Certified). In 2009, Ms. Meharry was awarded her fellowship by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario).

Jonathan Goodman - CEO, President

Jonathan Goodman, President and CEO of Dundee Corporation, is also President and CEO of Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners, a mining focused merchant bank. Mr. Goodman served as CEO of Dundee Precious Metals (DPM-T) from 1995 to 2013, as Executive Chairman from April 2013 to September 2017, at which time he was appointed Chairman. Mr. Goodman has over 30 years of experience in the resource and investment industry, working as a geologist, senior analyst, portfolio manager and as CEO of a producing mining company. Mr. Goodman joined Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd. in 1990, where he was responsible for the selection of Canadian equities and played a major role in developing asset allocation strategies, before becoming the company's President. He is also one of the founding partners of Goepel Shields and Partners, an investment firm. Mr. Goodman graduated from the Colorado School of Mines as a Professional Engineer, holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Julian Barnes

Julian Barnes has extensive experience in major exploration and development projects, technical computing applications, due diligence, independent expert reports, structural analysis, exploration and mining geology, technical audits, valuations, resource evaluations, ore reserve modelling, pit optimization and feasibility study management. For the past several years he has been an Independent Consultant offering his clients overall due diligence, reviews of projects and companies for resource financing entities. His clients have included listed and unlisted resource and mining companies. Dr. Barnes held the title of Executive Vice President Dundee Precious Metals where he led exploration, project acquisition, and due diligence. He founded and led Resource Service Group for nearly two decades, which ultimately became RSG Global and has since been sold to Coffey Mining. RSG Global provided technical services to the minerals industry from exploration and target definition through to mine closure. The company grew to more than 250 staff with offices in Australia, South America, Europe and Africa. Dr. Barnes began his career as a Project Geologist, and Senior Geologist with Electrolytic Zinc Co. of Australasia, where he discovered Bottle Creek Gold Mine in Western Australia.

Justin Sickert

Justin Sickert joined the Investment Team in 2023 as an Analyst, with a focus on conducting industry research, due diligence and sophisticated analysis on potential investment opportunities. Mr. Sickert earned his Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, majoring in Mining Engineering from Queen's University. During his academic tenure, Justin completed a 16-month internship at Canadian Natural Resources Limited working as a short range mine planner and worked as an Economics Teaching Assistant for his University. Mr. Sickert is also an acclaimed member of the Queen's University team that won the Goodman Gold Challenge: Battery Metal Edition in 2023.

Lila A. Manassa Murphy - CFO, EVP

Lila A. Manassa Murphy is Managing Partner of Intrinsic Value Partners, founded to provide advisory services on public and private investments including research and due diligence, portfolio construction, and risk management to family offices and asset management firms. Most recently, effective May 14th 2021, Ms. Murphy rotated off of the board and audit committee of Dundee Corporation, on which she served since August of 2018, to become the company's Chief Financial Officer. Previously, she was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Federated Hermes, formerly Federated Investors, one of the largest U.S. investment management firms with over $360 billion in assets under management. Based in Dallas, Texas, she has also developed deep industry expertise in the natural resources sector and in her role was responsible for portfolio management and fundamental analysis in the alternative equity investment area. She has more than 25 years of investment experience and previously held senior positions at David W. Tice & Associates Inc. and Lee Financial Corporation. Ms. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant. She currently serves on the board of Gold Resource Corp. (NYSE: GORO) and is a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association.

M. Molson

Molson is chairman of AVENIR GLOBAL, a network uniting seven strategic communications firms across Canada, the U.S., Europe and the Middle East, including NATIONAL Public Relations, AXON, Madano, SHIFT Communications, Padilla, Cherry and Hanover. He is also chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Company and serves on several boards of directors, including Groupe Deschênes and the CH Group, owner of evenko and the Montreal Canadiens. Mark is currently Corporate Secretary of Dundee Corporation and Chief Compliance Officer of Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. Before joining Dundee, Mark spent over 7 years as a corporate and securities law clerk with two top Toronto law firms. Mark is currently a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada.

Matthew Goodman

Matthew Goodman joined the Manager in 2013 and was responsible for evaluating strategic resource investment opportunities. Along with being the Co-Lead Portfolio Manager of the CMP Funds, Matthew is currently the Portfolio Manager of New Venture Equities Fund LP, a private equity-style investment fund with a principal investment strategy to invest in a portfolio comprised of securities that conduct business within the mining sector. His background includes mineral exploration and equity capital markets experience. Matthew Goodman is a CFA Charterholder and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Microeconomic Analysis and Global Economics from York University.

Peter Nixon

Peter Nixon has spent more than three decades in the investment industry, specializing in the natural resource sector and working primarily in research and institutional sales. He was also a founder of the investment firm Goepel Shields & Partners and was subsequently President of the firm's subsidiary in the United States. Mr. Nixon was Senior Vice President of Dundee Securities Corporation from June 1998 to December 2000, where his mandate was to expand the company's activities in the United States. He is also a member of The Institute of Corporate Directors.

Steven Sharpe

Steven Sharpe has extensive senior leadership and public company governance experience across a range of industries. He is currently Managing Director of The EmBeSa Corporation, a private consultancy, and a director of Crown Capital Partners Inc. And Essential Energy Services Ltd. Most recently, Mr. Sharpe was Chairman and Interim CEO of Madalena Energy Inc. as well as Chairman of Corporate Risk Holdings, LLC. Previously, he was Chairman and Interim CEO of Longview Oil Corp., CEO and a director of C.A. Bancorp Inc., Chairman of Advantage Oil & Gas Ltd., and Chair of the Special Committee of Renegade Petroleum Ltd. In 2002, he co-founded Blair Franklin Capital Partners, a Toronto-based investment bank. A lawyer by training, Mr. Sharpe practiced for close to 20 years, first at Torys and subsequently at Davies, Ward & Beck.

Tanya Covassin

Tanya Covassin is an experienced investment professional known for her international experience and capital markets acumen. She has extensive board experience having served as a director of over a dozen various private and public companies, both domestically and internationally. She currently serves as a member of the OSFI regulated Community Trust Corporation Board, ONroute and is a Trustee for the Upper Canada College Foundation. She is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. In addition to her global Board work, Tanya has a strong background in both investment banking and private equity. She has originated, structured, executed and managed large-scale private and public investments and financings. Tanya has played key roles in investment strategy, succession planning, strategic business plans and government regulation.
