S. National Science Foundation... From its inception, the Center for E 3 S has worked with California community colleges to further its mission of developing future scientists, engineers and technicians. Aided by additional programs funded by the National Science Foundation, the Center for E 3 S was able to host student interns and visiting faculty from more than half of the 109 community college campuses across California... The Center for E3S is a Science and Technology Center working to make fundamental breakthroughs in the science of electronic systems' energy consumption.
