Frank Hyldmar was born in Frederiksberg, Denmark, in 1961. He studied economics in Copenhagen and New York and graduated in 1988 with a degree in business administration. After graduating, he started as Marketing Manager at Velux GmbH in Hamburg, where he was Managing Director from 1995 to 1999. Hyldmar then held several management positions at Deutsche Post World Net (DHL), most recently as Managing Director for Global Marketing & Sales. In 2006, the Danish-born Frank Hyldmar joined Elster Group GmbH, a manufacturer of measurement technology and other solutions for the gas, electricity, and water treatment industries, as CEO. During this time, Frank Hyldmar was the president of the European Smart Meter Industry Group (ESMIG) and was a member of the Smart Grid Working Group in the European Commission Energy. Since 2015, Hyldmar was CEO at Techem GmbH, an energy service provider for the real estate industry, which at that time was also part of MIRA's investment portfolio, where he was responsible for the company's digital transformation.

Hans Gennen was born in Bergisch-Gladbach in 1964. After studying at RWTH Aachen University, the mechanical engineer joined Bayer AG in 1990 as a project engineer in Central Technology. There he held various project and line functions in Germany and abroad. In 2003, Gennen moved to Energy Services of the spin-off Bayer Industry Services (today: CURRENTA GmbH & Co. OHG), where he became head of "Sales and Product Management" in 2004. In 2007, he moved to the top of CURRENTA's Corporate Development. In October 2009, he became Head of Landfill, Recycling, Technology at CURRENTA Environment. In 2012, he took over the Environment business unit at CURRENTA. Since August 2015, he has been managing director of Tectrion GmbH, a subsidiary of the CURRENTA Group.

Tim Hartmann was born in Bochum in 1969 and has a degree in business administration. He began his career at WestLB and then worked for the RWE Group for many years. Hartmann was then CEO of Dillinger Hütte and Saarstahl AG, where he placed a strong focus on the transformation to climate neutrality. On 1 December 2023, Tim Hartmann moved to Currenta GmbH & Co. OHG as Managing Director. Since 1 January 2024, he has been Chairman of the Management Board of Currenta GmbH & Co.

Wolfgang Homey studied spatial planning at the University of Dortmund and graduated as an engineer. Born in Essen, he started his professional life at Eurohypo AG, Frankfurt, before moving to Hochtief AG in Essen in 2000. There he held several leading positions in finance. Among other things, he headed Group Controlling before being appointed to the Management Board of Hochtief Solutions AG as CFO in 2011. In 2014, he moved to the Stuttgart-based company M+W Group as CFO, whose core business was transferred to Exyte AG in 2018. On January 11, 2021, he was appointed to the Executive Board of CURRENTA OHG as Chief Financial Officer.
