Biography Michele Ansbacher is chair of the advisory board of the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University and holds the position of Executive-in-Residence. Her involvement with students includes teaching courses on leadership and ethics, guest lecturing, and mentoring. Michele began her career at Prudential in the company's prestigious Management Development Program. Over the years, she drove revenue in multiple business groups across the company and built many new and innovative programs. In her last role at Prudential Advisors, Michele was the Eastern Territory Vice President, overseeing the leading territory in the country in insurance sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to her appointment as the Eastern Territory Vice President, she was Vice President, Corporate Compliance, and led the company's global ethics program as the Corporate Chief Ethics Officer. Previously, she was Vice President of Field Support responsible for strategy, marketing, communications and financial planning to support advisors nationwide. She retired from Prudential Financial as a Corporate Vice President. Michele was named among the 2019 Top 25 Entrepreneurs/Intrapreneurs in New Jersey by Leading Women Entrepreneurs and was also recognized as the 2020 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient for the Feliciano School of Business. Michele Ansbacher holds a B.A. degree in economics and political science from Montclair State University and her MBA degree in finance from New York University.

Eric joined the Feliciano School of Business in February 2007 after 8 years as an Academic Advisor in Montclair State's Center for Academic Advising and Adult Learning. Diane has been with the Feliciano School of Business since June 2009 bringing significant experience in corporate outreach from both the private sector and the University itself. In 2006, she returned to the University and worked as the Assistant Director of Employer Relations for Montclair State's Center for Career Services and Cooperative Education. She was the direct contact for employers and responsible for all recruitment programs including the University's Career Fairs, on-campus interviews, and workshops. In the late 1980's, Diane worked as the Cooperative Education Coordinator for the School of Business but left to assist in the development of a computer networking company. Diane is responsible for the career advising and related programming for all current business students as well as employer outreach.

Peter joined the Feliciano School of Business in October of 2018 after spending six years as an Advising Coordinator at Middlesex County College. Prior to MSU, Peter earned his Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University, his Bachelor's Degree in Management from Rutgers University Business School, and Associate's Degree from Middlesex County College. The personal, professional, and educational experience he brings to the school of business allots him the ability to meet the needs of our students.
