First Realty was established in McAlester, Oklahoma by Robert Saunier and is one of the oldest and largest full service Real Estate Companies in Southeastern Oklahoma. Development activities began in 1962 with the dedication of Redbud Acres and have continued for over 50 years under the ownership of The Saunier Family, currently headed by Randall S. Saunier as President and Cully Stevens as Vice President and Managing Broker.
