Brynne Zuccaro brings a wealth of managerial, marketing, client relations and digital expertise from some of the world's most recognizable companies. Brynne emerged as a marketing leader at both Google and Foursquare, overseeing international launches for both tech giants. She has also worked at American Express marketing B2B financial products. Recently, Brynne served as the Vice President of Marketing within the executive teams at two high-growth NYC startups: Teachers Pay Teachers and Transfix. While at Teachers Pay Teachers, Brynne built out the marketing and communications team for the education startup which was named one of the Top 50 Most Innovative Companies in the world by Fast Company in 2019. Brynne then joined Transfix, a Forbes "Next Billion-Dollar Startup", to again build the marketing infrastructure from the ground up. She established Transfix as a leading player in logistics on the national stage through a brand redesign and the placement of 136 features and op-eds in Forbes, WSJ, New York Times, and Fox Business. She also generated enterprise leads which resulted in millions of dollars in annualized revenue.

Craig Peretz - CFO

Craig Peretz has been actively involved in the operational and compliance side of the alternative investment industry since 1988. Prior to joining Golden Eagle Strategies, he was an Alternative Investment Operations Consultant and served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer to Sierra Global Management. At its peak, Sierra had approximately $1 billion of regulated assets under management with multiple investment funds, including a traditional long/short equity strategy, a long only strategy, a China strategy, three managed accounts, and a UCITS Fund. Prior to joining Sierra in 1998, he worked with International Fund Administration ("IFA") for three years where he was responsible for client administrative operations, financial review/preparation, fund set-up and investor/manager relations. In addition to leading IFA's Bermuda operations for more than a year, Craig set up approximately 50 client fund structures in a variety of strategies, including one of the first Master Feeder Structures. Craig has also worked in the private equity, corporate finance and investment recovery divisions of Equitable and Alliance Capital Management from 1988-1995 and served on Equitable's demutualization team.

Marc Zuccaro

Marc Zuccaro brings nearly two decades of experience building algorithmic trading systems and scaling institutional businesses. Marc works side-by-side with Robert managing the portfolio as well as heading up the firm's trading. Marc co-founded the firm with CIO Robert Zuccaro and built the Golden Eagle Strategies insights databank, which includes a specialized database on new high stocks. The proprietary databank streamlines decades of quantitative research and analysis that enables systematic screening, automated trading, and scenario testing. The testing framework powers ongoing research that identifies top-performing stocks. Prior to joining Golden Eagle Strategies, Marc managed electronic trading businesses for major investment banks around the globe. He served as Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets in London, where he led the EMEA electronic trading unit during the bank's post-recession European expansion. During 2001-2008, Marc held senior product and management roles in the equities business of Lehman Brothers in London, Tokyo and New York. He began his career with PaineWebber/UBS.
