Jon Stoneburner is the Mortgage Planner/Branch Manager of Mortgage Right in Punta Gorda and Sarasota. He has over 25 years of lending experience and has been recognized in the industry as one of the top loan originators in this area. Jon's philosophy is to treat each customer with the utmost respect and provide exceptional service. Referrals from Realtors and previous clients are the number one source of his business and the foundation to his success. Jon has the wonderful support of his wife of 21 years, Amanda and their delightful teenage son Drew who is in his last year of high school preparing to be off to College shortly. He enjoys boating, traveling with his family and spending time with new addition to the family a puppy named Bernie Doodle named Murphy.

Matt has been working in the real estate industry since the early 90s in various capacities ranging from agent to broker, attorney, landlord, and most recently, into the lending side. As a broker, he has represented some of the country's largest retailers. As an attorney in California, he has represented national and international retailers, regional, local landlords, and tenants. Matt's work philosophy is to engage the entire team toward reaching a common goal. In lending, this means using all available resources to find the client the best product for their financial picture and working with the players who can get the loan approved in plenty of time to close escrow. Communication is key, and Matt takes the time necessary to make sure his clients understand the process and are educated consumers. "I'm just there to facilitate borrowers through the complicated process of securing a home loan. If my clients understand the process, then they can make better, informed decisions." Matt has been a pilot for more than 30 years, and when he is not in the air, he is jet-skiing in Florida. He also enjoys martial arts (Judo, Tae Kwon-Do, Aikido, and Hapkido), golf, and traveling. Among his travel destinations are various Mexican and South American cities, where he enjoys learning Spanish (he is a level B2 and still learning).
