Tania has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Master's Degree in Education and has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for the past 17 years, 14 of them have been in managerial roles. Tania is a mother to a beautiful hockey playing daughter and loves to bake in her spare time. Tania's role is working closely with the Board of Directors and to oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre. Tania is responsible for maintaining compliance with The City of Toronto and provincial requirements as well as ensuring that staff have the resources they need to provide a nurturing, caring and inclusive environment for children to thrive in. Tania is excited to get to know the Jackman area, most importantly working with all children, families and community members. ​
