Ambar began her career almost two decades ago working in insurance claims for Life, Health, and Fire policies where she assisted thousands of clients recover from life's unexpected events. Throughout her career she found her purpose in educating individuals and families on the importance of financial freedom and the tools that could get them there. Her journey led her to The Journey Financial Group, founded by her parents, Steve and Lin Morgan.
Ambar greatly expanded her role in the company and used her passion for education and individual development to become President of Reddekopp Insurance LLC and Journey Investments, LLC. Our mission is to provide local families and businesses with innovative financial strategies, solutions and planning that can lead to financial clarity and security.
Carlos is a US Air Force veteran, who has been a noteworthy leader in the medical industry for the last 25 years. He knows all too well from his personal and professional experiences, the absolute need for individuals and families to protect themselves and their loved ones from the unexpected. He is passionate about sharing his experiences with his clients and investing the time and energy into creating positive relationships that last a lifetime.
Carlos is obsessed with professional growth so he can reach as many people as possible in the communities he lives and works in. As if life wasn't busy enough, Carlos has 5 beautiful children and a loving wife that keeps him on his toes, striving for the best life can offer. With encouragement from his wife, Ruby, he is taking his passion for helping people and joined The Journey Financial Group as an Agency Owner. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and traveling as much as possible!
Melanie Mallory is a military veteran and licensed insurance agent who has worked with corporations and small businesses to gain the experience and skills necessary to provide knowledgeable and customized recommendations for each family or individual. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, certifications in Business and Commercial Lending, Deposit Compliance and Lending Compliance from The American Bankers Associations.
Her credentials and experience, along with people skills, allow Melanie to provide a complete service to help families and individuals achieve their savings, life insurance and retirement goals through a broad range of conservative financial strategies. Melanie is constantly expanding her professional horizons via retirement planning platforms she offers her clients through Mallory Retirement Solutions LLC.
Melanie travels nationwide, speaking to individuals and businesses to create action plans and accountability to reach their financial goals and objectives. Melanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, shopping, all-inclusive resorts, learning the stock market and trying new foods.
Stacey has a long career in accounting and finance. She is a licensed life insurance provider and Colorado native who works with families, individuals and small businesses, with a focus on realtors and investment property solutions. Stacey has over 30 years of accounting experience, along with banking and budget management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Colorado State University, endorsed in Financial Analysis, Reporting and Auditing, and certified in long-term care insurance.
