Mansa Energy Group, LLC is a development company focused on power and power-infrastructure opportunities in Guinea Conakry. Our purpose is to identify and fund profitable power projects that will facilitate the industrial growth of Guinea while enhancing the social welfare of the country's denizens... Our primary focus is to develop hydropower projects in Guinea. The country has unique hydrological characteristics and immense hydropower potential as such, it is known as the ‘Hydro Chateau' of West Africa. Guinea has 6,000 MW of hydropower generating capacity (of which only 2% has been developed), 188km3 of surface water, 72km3 of ground water, and 23 river basins. There are 133 identified potential hydropower sites 33 of which are suited for damming.
