Johnny was involved in various capacities, from assisting to leading with property acquisition due diligence, preliminary site planning, consultant management, building design, and construction management, for a wide range of projects like food service, healthcare, residential, and retail centers consisting of tenant Upfits, renovations, and new construction About his work at MHA, Johnny says, "It takes great effort, on the parts of many, to realize significant projects. Michael has worked in the construction and architecture industry for over forty years with more than twenty of those years being a licensed architect. Over the past 20 years, he has had the opportunity to provide planning and design for many different types of projects including commercial, educational, food service, government, healthcare, industrial, multi-family, and religious. Michael designed the first modularity project utilizing ISO containers to construct a multi-story office building for the U.S. Army at Fort Bragg, NC. Being a founding member and President of MOORE HOCUTT Architects in 2013, Michael maintains his continuity of leadership from project beginning to project completion ensuring that the commitment to design excellence and technical integrity affects every detail.
