GYMTASTIKS

Gymtastiks has designed classes for little gymnasts to learn fun, fitness, fundamentals, friendship and family which will include strength, endurance, power, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination and spatial awareness while learning basic gymnastics skills. Our qualified staff is both CPR Certified and trained through the National Coaching Certification Program. The goal of the staff is to give your gymnasts both a positive and memorable experience... In our large facility, our athletes train on FIG approved equipment. We have a viewing lounge where family and friends can kick back, watch and enjoy.
