Allen Rohrback - CEO

Allen was named Chief Executive Officer of Madison Valley Medical Center on August 26, 2016. He has spent his healthcare administration career in Montana in multi-specialty physician group practices and non-profit hospital systems. His experience in large health care systems has helped shape what he envisions for Madison Valley Medical Center in the future. He will continue to strive for new program development without losing the small-town caring he has felt at Madison Valley Medical Center and the community.

Bryant Harp

Bryant is a retired Soldier with 34 years of service. He served in Strategic Planning, leadership and operational roles in Combat Support Hospitals, Multifunctional Medical Battalions, and Air and Ground Medical Evacuation Units. He was an Assistant Professor of Military Science at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and prior to retirement was the Operations Officer for the Western Regional Medical Command. His experiences include foreign civil affairs, collaboration with civilian, state and federal agencies in metropolitan, rural, and austere environments. He is a volunteer with Warriors and Quiet Waters of Bozeman and serves on the Executive Committee of the DUSTOFF Association. He and Fran chose residency in the Madison Valley 20 years ago and have been married 44 years.

Dottie Fossel

Dottie is a retired school nurse-teacher and was a community volunteer in Westchester County, N.Y. before moving to Montana over 20 years ago. In New York, Dottie chaired her children's school PTA, a 50 member board for the county United Way, and gave time to the Visiting Nurse Association and the American Cancer Society Boards as well as other organizations. In Montana, Dottie has continued her volunteer involvement. She is a past member of the Montana Historical Society. Dottie is also an active member of The Madison Valley Woman's Club, Madison Valley History Association, a steward of The Madison River Foundation, a member of MVMC American Cancer Society Relay For Life Team, and a life member of The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Dottie is the co-founder and board member of the Jack Creek Preserve Foundation, a conservation and education organization. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with her 5 grandchildren.

James Hageman

Jim recently retired after 37 years in the pharmaceutical business, most recently from Pfizer, Inc. where he built Pfizer Injectables, a sterile injectables business servicing hospitals and clinics that generated $1.2 billion in new revenue. He held numerous senior roles at Pfizer, including Strategic Planning, Marketing, Global Business Planning, and Sales Management. Before that, he served as President and CEO of Daiichi Pharmaceutical Cor., as well as Head of US Commercial Operations and Corporate Senior Vice-President for Mayne Pharma. Also, Jim served as a Board Member for PhRMA, the US Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association, and Chairman of the Board for Daiichi Pharmaceutical Corp. He was a Trustee for both the HealthCare Institute of New Jersey and the Marketing Science Institute. Jim has been married 38 years to his wife, Beth. They moved to Ennis 2 years ago from New Jersey and he enjoys fishing, golf, and traveling.

Jeff Montag

Jeff is a retired CPA. He brings over 30 years' experience with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, including over 20 years as an audit partner specializing in serving its largest clients in the energy industry. Jeff also led local, regional and national human resource initiatives. Texas natives, Jeff, and wife Kim retired and moved permanently to Montana in 2008, after years of vacation visits, and became active in community affairs. Jeff has served as a Director and Officer of the Madison River Foundation, the Madison County Golf Association and also was a Co-Founder of Madison Farm to Fork. He has also actively supported the Ennis Lions Club and the Madison Valley Veterans' Memorial.

Karen McMullin

Karen is a recently retired attorney who had her own law practice just north of Ennis for twenty-seven years. She and her husband, Paul, have lived in the Madison Valley for forty-one years and raised four children here. Karen graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1978, took the California Bar Exam, and was admitted to the practice law in California. When Karen and Paul moved to Montana in 1980, Karen stayed home with the children for a few years. In 1989 she took the Montana Bar Exam and was admitted to the practice of law. She began serving as a substitute Justice of the Peace prior to setting up her own law practice. Karen served as The Ennis City Attorney from 1995-1997. She received the Pro Bono Award for the State of Montana from the Montana Bar Association in 2000. Karen was a nominee for the Child Advocate of the Year in 2002. She served as The Ennis City Judge and The Madison County Justice of the Peace as a substitute, and interim judge throughout her career. Karen was involved at the inception of Montana's Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA), the Fifth Judicial District's "Voice for Children", and served as President of the Board of Directors for twelve years. Karen retired from the practice of law in 2021, and enjoys spending time with her eight grandchildren, traveling, and writing.

Mary Oliver - Chairman

Mary takes pleasure in having the opportunity to accept a position with First Madison Valley Bank prior to its opening in 1965. After graduating from Ennis High School and from Kinman Business University she chose to return to the bank's employ where she has worked for 50+ years. Working for a family-owned community bank with four locations in diverse communities has been a valued education related to the importance of building trusted relationships and becoming involved in the community to better understand the specific needs and expectation of the local families and businesses. Mary recently was appointed to the Madison County Local Housing Authority Council. Mary serves on the Boards of the Montana Preservation Alliance, the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center and the Madison County Economic Development Council. She also serves as a State Advisor to the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The favorite of her past community service includes the following: 4H Project leader, Councilperson for the Ennis Boy Scouts and Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Ennis People to People Chapter Officer, member of the Main Street Improvement Team in Sheridan, Board Member of the Ennis and Virginia City Chambers, Inaugural Class Member of Leadership Montana travelling the great State of Montana throughout 2005, Chair of the Montana Heritage Commission and Montana Chamber of Commerce Board Member.
