I live in beautiful Heritage Ranch with my wife and two children. We love living in this wonderful community and are working to keep it a beautiful, family-friendly place to live for years to come. I started Capps Construction in 2005 to focus on developing Heritage Ranch. Over the years, we have become experts in building homes and the various aspects associated with building a home, including the loan processes required for each unique project. The homes we build in Heritage Ranch are 1700-2300 square feet with mid-range upgrades. Prices range from $355K-$690K.
