Kim Saxon is the assistant coordinator for SRSCRO and is responsible for providing a diverse range of administrative and logistical support for the organization. She has over 22 years of experience working in management, human resources and executive administrative support in the retail, medical, industrial and conservation field. Kim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Aiken.

Mindy Mets is the program manager for the SRSCRO's Nuclear Workforce Initiative®. In this capacity, Mindy is responsible for program development, implementation and budget. She is actively involved with connecting the region's nuclear employers and educators to establish a unified approach toward addressing nuclear industry workforce issues. Projects of the Nuclear Workforce Initiative® are targeted to ensure that citizens of the area have the opportunity to establish local careers by developing the skills needed by the region's nuclear industry.

Rick McLeod has served as President and CEO of the SRSCRO since May 2008. He brings a wealth of business experience, technical training and knowledge of the local area to his position with over 25 years experience in business development, fundraising and project management across public and private sectors. McLeod was formerly president of Crescent Environmental Management Corporation in Aiken and served as Technical Advisor to the Savannah River Site Citizens Advisory Board.
He was also part of a comprehensive development department for a national non-profit conservation organization and has extensive experience with foundation and corporate donations, federal grants and appropriations, and conservation easements. McLeod received his B. S. degree in Agricultural Engineering and his Master's in Environmental System Engineering from Clemson University.
