Chris Huff

Chris has headed the Echo360 sales and customer success team since the company's founding in 2007. Under his leadership, the company has grown from start-up to leading global provider of video learning and engagement platforms to thousands of public and private organizations around the world. Prior to Echo360, Chris served as VP, Sales for JacobsRimell, a UK-based provider of IP provisioning solutions to the telecom industry, and VP, Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Cerebrus Solutions, a UK-based leader in wireless fraud management solutions. Chris has also held sales executive positions at TeleKnowledge, Saville Systems, Comshare, and IBM. Chris received a bachelor's degree in history from Dartmouth College. A native New Englander, he lives outside Boston, MA.

Jeff Peterson

Most recently, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Jostens, where he led division and enterprise marketing activities including the development of several digital initiatives and virtual offerings helping high schools and colleges preserve important traditions in the face of COVID-19. Prior to Jostens, Peterson's agency and corporate experience includes over 20 years at General Mills and Best Buy, where he led consumer/customer promotion, education/cause marketing, brand, and corporate philanthropy initiatives for both companies. Peterson earned a bachelor's degree in communication studies from Gustavus Adolphus College and a master's degree in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas, where he served over 10 years as adjunct faculty.

Jim Gilbertson - CFO

Jim has led financial and operational teams across myriad sectors and companies over the course of his career. Most recently, Jim was CFO of BBQ Holdings, Inc, a publicly traded national restaurant group and owner of the Famous Dave's and Granite City Food and Brewery concepts. Prior to that, he served as CFO of Bluespire Inc., a digital marketing agency to the healthcare, financial and senior living industries. Jim's financial acumen and mission has also extended into the not-for-profit sector, including roles as Senior Vice President of the Educational Credit Management Corporation and CFO of the Zenith Education Group Inc.

Jocasta Williams

Educational technology leader with demonstrated experience in building cross-functional teams and working with customers as partners to help achieve digital transformation. Having spent the first years of her career working in television production, in 2000 Jocasta entered the higher education sector and never looked back. Initially working in student administration roles at the University of Western Australia for a few years, she joined the iLecture team - the global leaders in lecture recording and streaming - in 2003 and began her journey with video learning technologies. In 2007, the iLecture team co-created Echo360 and Jocasta took on a sales and marketing director role until becoming General Manager for Echo360 across Asia Pacific in 2014, leading all aspects of the business in the region since that time. Jocasta received her Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Surrey and holds a Master's degree in English Literature from the University of Western Australia.

Kathryn Stewart

Kathryn specializes in leading cross-functional teams in strategy creation and execution, market research, product positioning and change management. Formerly with Cengage, Thomson-Reuters, and Harcourt, Kathryn can be found routinely expounding on the content revolution at tech meetups all over the Bay Area.

Matt Ravenhill

Murad Velani - CEO, President

Most recently, Murad served as the President & CEO of Bluespire, a digital marketing agency focused on complex, highly regulated industries of healthcare, financial services, and senior living. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer at Jostens, Inc., a market leader in serving the K12, Higher Education, and Pro-athlete markets. He has served as the President of Archway; Executive Vice President & COO of Carlson Company; and several executive roles at Deluxe Corporation and IBM. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of Directors at the University of Minnesota, Technology Leadership Institute. Murad has a BBA in Management Information Sciences, University of Wisconsin and an MS in Management of Technology, University of Minnesota. Murad is a native of Nairobi, Kenya and currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Wes Barnes

As the Vice President of Customer Success, Wes is responsible for the Global Customer Success team as well as onboarding and enablement teams that implement enterprise learning solutions for Echo360 customers. Prior to Echo360, Wes worked at DLT Solutions consulting on and implementing technology solutions for small to mid-sized companies.
