I am globally responsible for New Sales at Questback. My main task is to find and develop great Sales talent to constantly strengthen our New Sales organization. I'm also responsible for ensuring that we have the right culture in our sales team to keep challenging and developing ourselves and our colleagues around. I also see it as my role to provide all the right circumstances for the sales teams to become successful.

After 16 years in the sales industry, I started my career at Questback in November 2021. My main focus is to recruit new sales reps and increase new customer sales in Sweden. As a leader, I have a coaching approach with a focus on satisfied employees and a good sales culture based on constant development and respect.

- Head of Partner Management and Pre - Sales - Global
I'm responsible for Questback's small international partner/reseller network in Benelux, Canada, France, Italy, South Africa and Spain, and I help manage the set-up of new daughter companies in Germany and the UK, including the management of existing customer relations there.
In addition, I am a lead stakeholder for our product management and R & D teams and contribute actively to project and release management, roadmap work, and internal onboarding.
I am passionate about sales and love customer interaction. 12 years of experience with SaaS selling. Enthusiastic about innovative IT solutions that drive values to customers.
