In the 70's a company known as Disc Jockey Supply was born from the back room of a car stereo shop. In the 80's consumer demand increased, we realized there was a need for a place both professional and home grown DJs and KJs could go and not be treated as an outsider. The dedicated Disc Jockey Supply store was opened. The 90's is when things really started cookin'. The two driving partners of Disc Jockey Supply came together. A second store in Troy (later moved to Warren), and a third store was opened in Garden City. In 1996 we incorporated. In 2000 we added specialty vinyl rooms to each of the stores. In 2004 there was a mutual agreement between the two partners of Disc Jockey Supply. It was decided one partner would run the Waterford location independently and the other would continue to run the Warren and Garden City stores, as well as this web site.
