Mr. Shackelford is the Global President of KMT Waterjet, H2O Jet and McCartney LDPE. He has full P&L responsibility for the business, leading all day-to-day activities and setting strategy for future growth. A proven global industrial equipment and services leader, Mr. Shackelford has a strong track record of revenue and EBITDA growth as well as transformative organizational development. His keen commercial and engineering acumen drive strong relationships with key customers and ensures that product strategy aligns with market needs while effectively adapting to the competitive landscape.
Mr. Shackelford has over 25 years of industrial and leadership experience and has been with SHAPE Technologies since 2016, leading the Waterblast Group for 6 years before taking over KMT in May of 2023. Prior to SHAPE Technologies, Mr. Shackelford was a Regional Service GM for the Rosemount Measurement business of Emerson Electric. Prior to that, he served as a Chief Nuclear Machinist Mate onboard Ohio Class ballistic missile submarines for the United States Navy.
Mr. Shackelford holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Masters in Business Administration, and graduated in the top 10% of his class from the Navy's storied Nuclear Power Training Program.

Mr. Sherick is the President of Flow International and is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the complete Flow organization. Mr. Sherick previously managed all global sales teams and was recognized as a strategic leader that consistently produced results beyond budget. Mr. Sherick's high expectations for himself and his team, combined with an extensive sales background, drives an untiring focus on our customers and culture of winning with complete accountability. He is a highly credible leader of the organization and a respected industry expert throughout the global marketplace.
Mr. Sherick brings over 25 years of waterjet industry experience, including 2 years as the National Sales Manager for CMS. He possesses a deep passion for the Flow brand and an unwavering focus on maintaining the companies position as the global leader.
Mr. Sherick has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Washington State University.

Mr.Choi is the President of TOPS in Korea (Gimhae), supporting the SPA business in the Asia Pacific region as a member of Shape Process Automation Group. Mr.Choi has many successful stories of automation solutions in the fields of waterjet integrated automation, smart devices & mobility, shoes, semiconductors industries and has long-term partnership with his customers.
Mr.Choi is a veteran with around 30 years of experience, he has a deep understanding of related industries and expertise in automation. He founded TOPS in 1999 and has been working with SPA Group since 2016. Prior to SPA & TOPS, he worked for Korea & Asia automation industries for around 10 years.
Mr.Choi holds a bachelor's degree in mechatronics, a master's degree in mechanical engineering, and a master's degree in business administration.

Mr. Ewart is the President of Shape Waterblast Group (SWG). He has full P&L responsibility for Advanced Pressure Systems, Riverstone Pressure Systems, Aquadyne, and Flow Surface Prep, and leads all employees across their four global locations. Mr. Ewart is an immersive leader who enjoys finding the confluence of workplace culture, collaborative problem understanding, and maximizing customer value. Mr. Ewart career path has taken him on a broad journey from initial monetization of new verticals to company and culture stabilization.
Mr. Ewart has over 25 years of industrial and leadership experience and has been with SHAPE Technologies since 2020, developing and leading the Waterblast Sales Group for 2 years before taking over SWG in May of 2023. Prior to SHAPE Technologies, Mr. Ewart worked in the Industrial Measurement/Automation space and served in the United States Navy for 13 years, and considers being promoted to the rank of Chief in 2007 as one of his proudest accomplishments.
Mr. Ewart is currently completing a Bachelors of Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University, is a graduate of the LEAD Academy Program (The Institute for Postindustrial Leadership; University of Indianapolis) and was the Honor Graduate from his Naval Nuclear Power School Rate Class.

Mr. Schweikart is the Vice President of Information Technology (IT) of SHAPE Technologies Group. He is responsible for all facets of IT spanning multiple locations around the world. His purview encompasses cybersecurity, IT, project management, software development and integration, systems analysis, global EoperationsRP support, network administration, telephony, as well as comprehensive IT architecture encompassing both systems and applications. Mr. Schweikart serves as a member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Schweikart has a history of senior leadership roles within Information Technology at prominent regional and national enterprises. Prior to his role as the Vice President of Information Technology for SHAPE Technologies Group, he served on the executive leadership team for Flow International as their CIO, Vice President of Information Technology and he spearheaded IT initiatives for manufacturing companies such as Flow, Georgia Pacific, and The Boeing Company.
Mr. Schweikart has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Western Washington University.
Mr. Goad is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SHAPE Technologies Group and is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and developing strategies to support its continued growth and financial stability. He oversees all areas of finance, including controllership and accounting, FP&A, tax, and treasury. Mr. Goad serves as a member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Prior to his role as CFO, Mr. Goad served as VP of Finance and developed a high performing FP&A team, as well as revamped a number of financial processes to improve the efficiency of SHAPE's financial operations.
Mr. Goad has over 13 years of experience and has been with the SHAPE Group for approximately 4 years. Prior to SHAPE, Mr. Goad held numerous roles with increasing responsibilities in FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice, culminating with Managing Director.
Mr. Goad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accountancy from Villanova University.
Mr. Schramm is Chief Technology Officer at Shape Technologies Group. His responsibilities include overseeing product and technology development and building a high-performing research and development team. He will develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with SHAPE's business goals, collaborate with the executive team to drive innovation, and ensure that SHAPE continues to be a leader in industry advancements. Sean will work closely with the technology leaders within Shape Technologies Group to ensure all R&D and technology developments are aligned with SHAPE's overall strategy.
Mr. Schramm brings more than 25 years of experience and has been with Shape Technologies since 2014. Prior to Shape Technologies, Mr. Schramm spent 17 years at Flow International.
Mr. Schramm holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Henry Cogswell College.
Mr. Kenworthy is the Global President of Shape Process Automation (SPA) Group. He has full P&L responsibility for the business, leading the daily operations, and spearheading its strategic growth.
A results driven management professional, Simon brings over 30 years of organizational leadership, demonstrated success in international business and market strategy development. His extensive experience in commercial contract negotiation and execution have played a vital role in the company's success. Kenworthy is a recognized global expert in robotics, automation, and material cutting processes.
Mr. Kenworthy joined Shape Technologies Group in 1999 and has been with SPA Group since 2019.
Mr. Kenworthy holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Huddersfield University in West Yorkshire, England.

Ms. Bishop is the Americas President of KMT Waterjet Systems and H2O Jet. She has responsibility for the business, managing relationships with customers and developing growth outside of traditional waterjet markets. She is focused on delivering a superior customer experience served by a team committed to producing exceptional results.
Ms. Bishop has over 35 years of finance and leadership experience in industrial settings and has been with SHAPE Technologies since 2011. Ms. Bishop has led H2O Jet since 2020, and previously served as H2O Jet Controller for 10 years, while also holding the dual role of Finance Manager for the ETG segment during that same time, enabling Ms. Bishop to gain a keen understanding of the waterjet industry. Prior to SHAPE Technologies, Ms. Bishop worked 25 years in the paper and packaging industry with progressive roles in the finance and demand planning organizations. A proven leader in the finance organization with strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting skills, she has significant experience leading large organizations, including a large team of controllers across eighteen facilities with over $3B in annual revenue. She also helped design a demand planning organization with responsibility for forecasting and SIOP for a multi-billion dollar manufacturing company.
Ms. Bishop holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Utah.
Mr. Campbell is the Chief Operating Officer at SHAPE Technologies. He is responsible for developing the global supply chain and manufacturing vision & strategy, driving supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and quality initiatives, and executing a SIOP process that delivers products on time at the required cost and quality.
Mr. Campbell is a highly accomplished, and motivated global leader with a strong background in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and engineering. He is a results-driven professional equipped with hands-on experience and a proven record of success in operational execution across multiple global sites. Adept at establishing global structures and leading senior management teams that enable highly effective organizations.
Mr. Campbell brings more than 35 years of leadership experience to his role and has been with SHAPE Technologies since 2018. Prior to SHAPE Technologies, Mr. Campbell served as both Vice President, Global Operations and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Veeco Instruments. He has also held senior leadership roles at Applied Materials and Lockheed Missiles and Space.
