The insolvency Professional Entity is being promoted by the experienced Insolvency professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants, Advocates and experienced bankers in terms of Regulation 12 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professionals) Regulations, 2016 (Regulations).
