Our helpdesk do face time calls to customers where they can show the boiler, fault codes etc. If an easy fix van be done, they will guide the customer to do this. Otherwise, we can assess and ensure the engineer arrives with the right part... Our Head Office is based in Merseyside providing us excellent access to the whole of the North West. We also have hubs based in Yorkshire, Lancashire, North Wales and the Midlands, so that we can ensure a 24/7 fast response to meet our customers needs.
