Candice is a chartered accountant who has previously worked with PwC in South Africa in both the Audit and Advisory divisions and qualified in 2007. Since relocating to London, Candice has had over ten years' experience with various AIM listed entities in the mining sector, in multinational media and digital marketing communications agencies, and provided end to end accounting and strategic services in financial consultancy.

Catherine is a chartered accountant who has previously worked with PwC and has been consulting for large listed companies both in the UK and South Africa for the past ten years. Catherine is multi skilled in board report design and implementation, audit preparation, compliance, financial and budgetary planning as well as payroll and working capital management. Catherine's experience is frequently employed in trouble shooting roles to drive performance improvement through revenue growth and implementation of cost reduction initiatives. Extensive financial and project management experience in driving complex transformation and service delivery programmes to time, quality and cost. Catherine has a passion for people, for organisational success and for change that continually pushes organisational boundaries. In her quieter moments, you will find her running or (not so quietly) playing with her two children.

Pieter is a chartered management accountant with over ten years' experience in the business consulting and accounting industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of tax and financial management services, financial compliance, risk management, internal control implementation and preparation of financial statements. Pieter manages our financial and operational aspects and his entrepreneurial mind and ability to bring practical solutions to his clients' needs are invaluable to any business. His mental toughness is evident from having completed Ironman 70.3 triathlon events and numerous cycle tour events in recent years.

Sebastian is a chartered accountant who most recently held the position of Global CFO of a tech company listed on the LSE. Here, he assisted in several capital raises and growing the business from a market capitalisation of £7m to £200m. Prior to that, he was Finance Director of a predictive advertising startup, restructuring the business and assisting it in raising significant funding and growth, resulting in the successful exit of major founding shareholders. In 2011, as Group Financial Controller and Board Secretary at a retail stockbroker, Sebastian used data-driven insights and systems to assist in transforming the company into the UK's second largest retail stock broker.
