Walter Mize, Owner of Whistle Pig Walter Mize is the craftsman behind Whistle Pig, a local woodworking and general contracting business. Walter was inspired to begin woodworking 40+ years ago and has been building ever since. He worked as a carpenter soon after graduating from NC State in 1986 and taught Cabinet Making Carpentry.
