WEYMOUTH BAY HOLIDAY APARTMENTS

Weymouth Bay Holiday Apartments are the original and longest running holiday apartments in Weymouth. The building was purchased by Mr & Mrs Blake in 1981. Between 1966 and 1981, Mr & Mrs Blake had previously owned and managed a guest house in Weymouth, and there were no self-catering apartments in Weymouth at all at that time. Like many seaside resorts, Weymouth's traditional holiday accommodation consisted solely of hotels and guest houses. In 1981, Mr & Mrs Blake noticed that a new demand for self catering holiday accommodation was beginning to emerge, and so they sold the guest house and purchased 56 Greenhill, which was already purpose-built as three separate residential apartments, and so needed only moderate alterations to turn them in to suitable holiday lets. Today, our small family business has been providing holiday accommodation in Apartments B and C for over 40 continuous years now.
