Window World was founded in 1995 by Leon Whitworth. The office was a small roadside stand in Wilmington, NC and it didn't look like much but, Leon had big plans for this company. He wasn't going to be like everyone else in the home improvement business. He wasn't going to do things like they had always been done. The Window World way would be simple, provide superior products, installed by professional craftsmen, with guaranteed low prices, simply the best for less. What more could anyone want?... That small roadside stand has now grown into almost 186 Window World offices in 45 states, and is still growing. We are now one of the largest home improvement companies in America. Each location is locally owned and operated and our owners and their personnel receive in depth training on a monthly basis to keep them on the leading edge of the industry.
