Agatha is a Senior Manager within our Corporate Team, based in London, managing all financial aspects of our work.
Prior to joining Integrity, Agatha had six years of experience managing the finance departments of three creative arts education companies in the UK and Australia. She also has been awarded a six-year scholarship to pursue her undergraduate degree in Economics and Spanish at the University of Matanzas in Cuba for representing Zambia, her country, at two major international development events on food security in Africa with the FAO in Rome and on girls' education in Zambia with the government of Cuba in Havana.
She has an MSc in International Finance, Banking and Investment from London South Bank University, with her dissertation focusing on reducing transaction costs to help improve the reach of microloans to women in rural Zambia. She also represented the University at a European Commission sponsored business management course in Estonia. She has recently finalised her chartered accountancy exams.

Alexandra is a Senior Manager within our Business Team, based in London, and oversees the management of consultant relationships. She brings together teams of consultants to deliver Integrity's projects globally. She also coordinates Integrity's participation on DFID and EC frameworks.
Before joining Integrity, she managed programmes for the NGO and private sectors. During her three years at IntoUniversity, she ran the primary schools engagement programme, and established and managed the Hackney Downs Learning Centre in East London. In Russia, Alexandra conducted qualitative research on racially motivated violence against the African migrant community and engaged with the human rights community to lobby the Russian government for policy change. She is also an experienced conference organiser, coordinating events in Moscow, London and New York.
Alexandra holds a BA in International Relations with Honours from the Australian National University and an MA in Governance and Development from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex.

Based between Washington DC and London, Anthony is founding director and CEO of Integrity. He is responsible for ensuring Integrity fulfils its vision, mission and strategy; is well-governed, accountable and transparent; maintains its core values and culture; delivers high quality technical services; is financially sustainable and profitable; and fulfils its duties and responsibilities to clients, investors, staff, contractors, and the communities and tax-payers in the countries where we work.
Anthony is a natural leader and a consensus builder with an ability to bring disparate stakeholders together to achieve common objectives. On a technical level Anthony is a conflict specialist with a focus on conflict resolution, security and justice development and good governance.
Prior to founding Integrity, Anthony was a diplomat for over ten years with postings to Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan and Cyprus; and a civilian expert with the UK Stabilisation Unit. Anthony is also a documentary photographer with a focus on imaging fragile and conflict affected communities.

Babatunde Mateola is a Senior Manager at Integrity based in London. He works within our Corporate Team raising invoices, reconciling bank and cash transactions and producing monthly relevant reports for management accounting.
Babatunde has a background in Accounting and Management, analysing and reporting financial information via accounting software such as Sage 50 Accounts and Xero. Tunde was part of the UK Government's apprenticeship scheme at Integrity prior to being promoted to a Finance Officer, and in 2020 was promoted to Manager.
Babatunde holds a BA Hons in Accounting and Management from the University of Essex. He is currently undertaking the ACCA to further improve and develop his Accountancy skills. At present he lives in the UK, but he is originally from Nigeria.

Based in London, Christina is Integrity's Chief Commercial Officer. She is responsible for the development and oversight of Integrity's global business development strategy, account management, consultant management and marketing and communications. Her remit also covers contract negotiation, Integrity's framework agreements and commercial bid strategy.
While at Integrity Christina has overseen the successful bidding process for a significant number of new contracts including the prime bid for the Third Party Monitoring and Technical Support to DFID's Somalia Monitoring Programme II. In 2019, Christina was recognised on Management Today's "35 under 35" list of young female Business Leaders, the UK's longest-standing and most established ranking of its kind.
Christina has over 20 years of cross-sector experience in international business development and strategic communications. Over the course of her career, she has demonstrated her strategic expertise for numerous market-leading companies in the UK and internationally. Christina is originally from Germany and holds a Master's Degree in history, international relations and publishing from the Free University and the Humboldt University in Berlin.

Colin is Vice-President, Delivery at Integrity, based in London. He oversees the delivery of Integrity's UK portfolio of projects globally.
Colin has over 25 years' experience of international affairs in the UK's diplomatic service. His career has focussed on national security issues, as well as stabilisation in fragile and post-conflict environments. He has been seconded to both the European Commission and European External Action Service (EEAS), as well as to the Canadian Foreign Ministry. He has a strong background in project delivery, as a graduate of the cross-government Major Projects Leadership Academy (MPLA) at Said Business School, and previously as FCO head of profession for project delivery. He has been a high-risk project reviewer for the UK government's Infrastructure and Projects Authority, IPA.
He is a graduate of Bristol University, and subsequently secured an Erasmus Scholarship to do an MA at Leeds University and Universiteit Gent in Belgium.

As Integrity's Chief Financial Officer based in London, David is responsible for the Financial Management, Compliance and Procurement functions across the company, both in the UK and our overseas offices. He supports all financial aspects of Integrity's operations ensuring Integrity complies with International law and best business practices.
Prior to Integrity, David spent five years utilising mathematical models to analyse financial markets as well as the associated operational processes with trades. He also worked as a consultant to the UK Treasury delivering financial policy as the lead analyst on banking taxation. He was the lead analyst for the Bank Levy Team which designed and implemented the Bank Levy tax that was enshrined into the tax law in 2010.
David is a financial analysis expert whit ten years of experience implementing financial processes and operating procedures to manage financial and corporate risk. David holds a BA in Pure Mathematics from the University of Sheffield and has worked with Integrity in London since its launch.

Greg is Vice President, Operations within the Operations Team at Integrity. Greg's decade of experience within the international development sector spans programme delivery, business development, and operations, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected environments. He has worked extensively on the design of solutions to the FCDO's security, justice, stabilisation and governance programming requirements under the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund, and has delivered a range of programmes. Greg also brings experience from outside the international development sector, working in operations, and safety and security management for firms working across the middle east and northern and sub-saharan Africa.

Helen is a Senior Manager within our Services Team, based in London, with a focus on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and programme management. Helen focuses primarily on projects in East Africa and DRC.
Over the past four years, Helen has provided programme management and technical MEL inputs to a range of independent evaluations and MEL support programmes in a number of countries across East Africa, MENA and Central Asia, mainly funded by DFID and with a focus on fragile or conflict-affected states. Prior to working in consultancy, Helen spent a year in Uzbekistan with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime as a regional Programme Associate, working across Central Asia and the Southern Caucasus.
Helen holds an MSc. In Violence, Conflict and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London and a BA from the University of Geneva in International Relations. Originally American, she grew up in Switzerland and is currently based in the United Kingdom.

Howard is a London-based Senior Manager within our Services Team with experience in international development, civil society mapping, conflict analysis and monitoring & evaluation. At Integrity, Howard has managed multiple projects for FCO, DFID, UNOCHA and various INGOs including IMS, CARE and International Alert.
Howard has third sector experience, working in development logistics and distribution in Hong Kong and Kazakhstan, providing support to INGOs and CBOs through logistics and community-level development projects. He has also worked in peacebuilding and community relations in the Occupied West Bank, predominantly with youth engagement projects and cross-community dialogue between Israelis and Palestinians.
Howard is currently working regionally in MENA, focusing on the management of research, monitoring and evaluation projects for governmental and humanitarian actors in the region. He attained an MSc in Defence, Development and Diplomacy from the Durham Global Security Institute and specialising in conflict research and analysis, and a BA in Social Sciences, Government, IR, Economics and Business from the University of Durham.

Jacob is a Senior Manager, Business at Integrity based in London. He supports the Business Team throughout its business development, account management, consultant management and marketing and communications functions.
Prior to joining Integrity Jacob worked for a climate change advocacy NGO. Jacob also worked for the Farmers Overseas Action Group (FOAG) in Uganda supporting monitoring and evaluation of programming, fundraising, bid development, event management and general administration. In 2017 Jacob set up an agricultural NGO called Grow Farmers to support, mostly women, small-holder farmers with agricultural extension programs through the form of microfinance loans. This involved remote project management and organisational oversight from the UK. Outside of development, Jacob has experience in engineering, construction and agriculture.
Jacob holds an MSc in International Development from the University of Birmingham. His thesis focused on the modernisation of agriculture in Uganda. In addition, he holds a BA in Geography and Politics, with a focus on geopolitics, from the University of Worcester.

As Chief of Party, Jane provides overall management, leadership, financial oversight, and supervision of the technical aspects of the USAID/Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) Iraq Monitoring Project (IMP). The purpose of IMP is to establish a third-party monitoring (TPM) and evaluation support system to monitor, verify, and evaluate selected BHA-funded programs in Iraq. The information and findings that IMP provides help ensure program learning and accountability to assist real-time programmatic adjustments and future program design.
Jane oversees quality, technical tool design, and third-party monitoring of BHA-funded activities in Iraq, providing synthesized monitoring reports for USAID and detailed activity monitoring reports for BHA's partners. She supervises the IMP field team and coordinates training and implementation of data collection by local enumerators in key Iraq locations. Jane serves as Integrity's main liaison and communications link with USAID BHA's representatives in Iraq.
Jane brings more than 30 years of professional knowledge and expertise to her work with Integrity, including having led many years of USAID stabilization and transition contracts in the Middle East, and 10 years as Chief of Party on USAID Monitoring and Evaluation projects in the Middle East and East Africa. A skilled leader and communicator, she has deep experience providing oversight of administrative, budget, and technical aspects of USAID projects in countries experiencing conflict and instability and in post-conflict transitions, including Yemen, Somalia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. She managed USAID Iraq's Community Stabilization Program during a period of intense instability and civil conflict; managed USAID Yemen's Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) contract during the Arab Spring uprisings and political transition, led program implementation for the USAID/OTI-funded Afghanistan Stabilization Initiative in Kandahar, and managed the TPM contract for USAID's OFDA and FFP awards in Somalia. Jane also recently led the USAID Ethiopia Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning contract, and has managed two USAID / BHA-funded TPM contracts in Iraq, including the current BHA TPM contract (IMP) that she is leading in Erbil, Iraq.

Jessica is a Principal Manager within our Services Team at Integrity, based in London. She supports monitoring, evaluation and learning, project implementation and research design on mostly - but not only - the East Africa portfolio.
Jessica's interest in fieldwork developed when she was awarded a Mobility Scholarship from the University of Ottawa to conduct field research in Senegal on the role of football clubs in local development. In 2011 she moved to South Sudan and later to Kenya to be closer to the field. Jessica managed a team of researchers in Libya to conduct a series of research pieces on civil society and the media sector to inform the design of a demand-side accountability project. Other experiences include managing a ‘Do No Harm' analysis project of a humanitarian assistance programme in Syria.
She has a Bachelor's degree in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa and an MSc in Violence, Conflict, and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).

Jim is Integrity's Chief Operating Officer and a Board Director, based in London. He has 25 years' experience in project management, risk management, strategy development, and operational planning both within and outside of conflict-affected environments.
During his time at Integrity, Jim has directed several large-scale programmes for a range of donors and foundations across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He is a natural team leader and personnel manager able to build coherent teams that can deliver complex projects in challenging environments.
In his previous career as a British Army Officer, Jim travelled to over 40 countries and deployed on military operations to Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Northern Ireland. He has been stationed in the UK, Germany, the Falklands Islands, Australia and New Zealand.
Jim has extensive operational experience of working with international and national partners. He has worked at the centre of UK Government in the Ministry of Defence and in partnership with the Cabinet Office, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Home Office, and Department for Transport.

Julia is Head of Delivery in Integrity's US Services team. In her role as Task Order Manager of the Peacebuilding Evaluation, Analysis, Research, and Learning (PEARL) Activity through the USAID Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization, she leads delivery of analytical and evaluation services supporting USAID Missions and operating units to better navigate strategic and programmatic challenges in violence and conflict-affected settings.
Julia brings more than 15 years of experience in design, implementation, and assessment of global development programs across 30 countries. Her career has focused on USAID and US Department of State investments that seek to prevent and mitigate violent conflict, consolidate democratic openings, improve access to justice, and advance human rights for vulnerable populations. Before joining Integrity, Julia cultivated a diverse background with research, non-profit, consulting, and international organizations. She coordinated non-partisan dialogue to inform foreign policy and assistance programming at The Wilson Center; led progress reporting on electoral support and democracy promotion activities in Iraq for the National Democratic Institute; conducted more than 30 independent assessments and performance evaluations at Social Impact, Inc.; and operationalized a performance monitoring system to measure efforts that promote rule of law and access to justice at the International Development Law Organization in Rome, Italy.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Bucknell University and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where her thesis focused on US foreign policy in Iran.

Kathryn is a Principal Expert in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) who recently relocated to Integrity's Washington, DC office after spending four years working on the Syria crisis response. As a conflict and stabilisation specialist, she focuses primarily on MEL in fragile and conflict-affected states (FCAS).
Prior to joining Integrity, she spent nearly four years as a Research Fellow at the University of York's Post-war Reconstruction & Development Unit (PRDU) where she was responsible for the management and expert delivery of applied research projects and evaluations. This position provided her with broad cross-sectoral experience in thematic areas as varied as aid financing and effectiveness, disaster risk reduction, education in emergencies, gender, governance, and resilience.
Kathryn has worked in Afghanistan, Lebanon and Turkey amongst other countries in Central Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Africa. She holds a BA in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University and an MA in Post-war Recovery Studies from the University of York.

Kelly is a Vice President, Delivery, based in our DC office. Kelly is developing the business strategy for our U.S. monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) services. She also plays a leadership role on contracted projects, including technical delivery, project management, and oversight.
Kelly has more than ten years of experience designing, managing, and implementing MEL projects for U.S. Government agencies and other international donors and organizations. Prior to Integrity, she was the Senior Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for Freedom House, in which she led the project design and MEL practice for democracy, governance and human rights projects around the world. Before, Kelly was the Deputy Director of Performance Evaluation at Social Impact where she designed and led research and evaluations focused on program learning and improving the effectiveness of international development, specifically in fragile or conflict-affected contexts.
Kelly has a Master's degree from Columbia University in Economics and Political Development with concentrations in Conflict and Humanitarian Emergencies and Methods for Development. She has a Bachelor's degree from James Madison University in International Business.

Her thematic expertise is specifically focused on Climate Security, Gender and Social Inclusion and Political Economy Analysis. Lamia currently provides MEL advisory services to the Global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Partnership for the UK Conflict, Stability and Security Fund. She has contributed to a number Integrity programmes including as an Evaluator in two Prosperity Fund Evaluations, as a Political Economy Advisor for the Tony Blair Institute, and as a Project Manager for the International Rescue Committee.
Before joining Integrity, Lamia worked at Palladium as a Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist for different portfolios including Climate, Environment and Natural Resources, Health, Governance, Economic Growth, and Impact Investing. Lamia is a member of the UK Evaluation Society's Young and Emerging Evaluator Group. In May 2021, she was awarded the UK ES Early Career Evaluator Prize at Society's Annual Conference.

Lucien is a Manager within our Services Team based in London, focusing on the delivery and management of Research, Evidence and Analysis (REA) and Evaluation programmes. He is currently working on the Global CSSF MEL Partnership and the Evaluation of the FCDO's Better Assistance in Crisis Programme.
Before joining Integrity, Lucien was working as a Research Intern for the Technology and Human Rights team at Amnesty International in London. Here he was part of the Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Project, researching the use of new technologies at European borders, and the human rights implications of smart cities.

Max is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Senior Expert, based in London. He supports the Conflict Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) to develop adaptive MEL strategies in conflict and complex environments.
Before joining Integrity, Max worked as a MEL Specialist for Dexis Consulting where he conducted evaluations, assessments, and third-party monitoring for USAID and the U.S. Department of State. Max also spent time at Palladium where he facilitated MEL training courses for USAID staff in Thailand, Zimbabwe and Washington, DC. Max started his career conducting field research in conflict settings in Jordan and South Sudan. Max is interested in expanding the use of innovative MEL strategies in complex environments, and the applications for mixed-methods and impact evaluations.

Naji Harfouche is a Senior Data and Knowledge Manager within our Operations Team based in London. Naji is a data analyst and project manager with over seven years' experience and a proven ability to deliver complex projects for UK and US Government clients on time and budget. He has leveraged his data analytics expertise to enable more efficient corporate decision-making at Integrity, and built various data products to inform FCDO and UK Conflict, Security and Stability Fund (CSSF) decision-making. He has managed multi-million pound research and implementation programmes in fragile and conflict-affected states across the Middle East and West Africa.
Naji's background is in working with young people who are seeking asylum in the UK. Naji holds a BA in American History and Politics from the University of East Anglia and an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS University. His MSc thesis examined Lebanon's policy of non-encampment in the context of historical labour migration from Syria to Lebanon.

Prior to joining Integrity, Randa worked with several INGOs and private sector companies on both US- and UK- funded projects. Ryan Young joins Integrity as a Strategic Advisor for Conflict Prevention, Stabilization, and Peacebuilding. He brings more than 15 years of technical and operational expertise supporting programs focused on political transitions, prevention of terrorism, and stabilization. He has led diverse teams and subject matter experts globally-including in Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Central Asia, and Asia; and brings over a decade of experience supporting USAID's Bureau of Conflict Prevention & Stabilization's Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI). At Integrity, Ryan is supporting the US team to identify new programming opportunities and clients, as well as supporting the refinement of our operational systems and approaches to ensure fast, flexible, and responsive programming for our clients and the communities where we work.

Sam is a Senior Manager within our Operations team, based in London. He has over eight years' operations, security and risk management experience gained working for international NGOs delivering emergency humanitarian assistance in fragile and conflict-affected states.
Prior to joining Integrity Sam held both HQ and field-based roles while working for Save the Children, the Danish Refugee Council, and the Norwegian Refugee Council. Sam has spent a number of years working in country security management roles in the high-risk contexts of South Sudan and Iraq. In addition to these long deployments, Sam has undertaken several emergency deployments, such as supporting the Liberia Ebola response in 2015.

She has contributed to several Integrity projects in Syria, including third-party monitoring of a policing and access to justice programme and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for a capacity building programme for civil society organisations.
Before joining Integrity, Sophie provided research, project development, and M&E support for various humanitarian and development organisations, such as the Norwegian Refugee Council, Lebanon INGO Forum, International Organization for Migration, and World Food Programme. Since moving to MENA as a journalist in 2011, she has acquired more than seven years of experience in the region. Areas she has worked on include migration governance and management, access to justice, protection, and stabilization.

Steven is a Senior Manager within our services team, specialising in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. Steven works as an Evaluation Expert and Project Manager on two independent FCDO evaluations - the UK Humanitarian Emergency Operations and Stabilisation Programme (HEROS) and the Multi-Year Humanitarian Programme in Pakistan (MYHP). He recently supported two global evaluations, one on health and another on education as part of the Evaluation and Learning services to the £1.2 billion cross-HMG Prosperity Fund. Other responsibilities include MEL services to the Tony Blair Institute.
Steven has extensive technical and management experience of working across research, policy and evaluation with a particular focus on health, nutrition, international development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He has managed research and evaluation projects across a range of thematic areas and has the skills to lead the methodological design, qualitative, quantitative analysis, delivery and communication of results for a range of clients. Steven brings 15 years of experience from research, policy and consultancy institutions including work as an independent consultant for the international governments, UN agencies and think tanks.

She has a wide technical skill base that includes MEL, program development and strategic planning, reporting and communications, implementation management, research, analysis, and technical writing. Prior to joining Integrity as a full time staff member, she supported our work in MENA as a MEL specialist and Team Lead. She has also served as the Chief of Party for the USAID West Bank/Gaza MEL Platform.

Will is Integrity's Head of Data and Knowledge Management (DKM) based in the UK. He leads the DKM service that designs and delivers data collection, information management systems, and analysis and presentation solutions. Will interprets complex knowledge management challenges in projects across multiple themes and sectors to implement sustainable, context-relevant solutions for organisations and research, monitoring, evaluation and learning programmes.
He has delivered 50+ DKM projects, leading teams providing digital MEL platforms, data collection systems, knowledge management strategies and advisory services to governments and the private sector, including for nationwide MEL projects for the UK Government in Somalia and for a multi-lateral donor in Afghanistan.
Will presents Integrity's DKM work in communities of practice (eg MERL Tech), authors and peer reviews Learning Notes and Position Papers on integrating digital services in development programmes, and holds an MSc in Development and Security, a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol's School of Politics and International Studies, and a Data Analysis qualification.

Yvette is Integrity's Vice President of Human Resources based in London. She is responsible for providing Human resource management and support to Integrity in London, the US, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Yvette has over 15 years of experience in human resource management including responsibility for managing national and global human resources functions, service delivery and executing strategy for a range of public and private sector organisations. This has included organisational development, recruitment and selection, performance management and employee engagement projects. Before joining Integrity, she spent two years contracting in different public sector organisations as an HR Business Partner. As a qualified trainer, she has designed and delivered a range of workshops including management training, employment law updates and business specific workshops.
Yvette is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (MCIPD) having graduated from Sussex University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She also holds a Law degree from Southbank University and a teaching certificate in Further and Adult Education.
