Agatha Ogbe - CFO

Agatha is a Senior Manager within our Corporate Team, based in London, managing all financial aspects of our work. Prior to joining Integrity, Agatha had six years of experience managing the finance departments of three creative arts education companies in the UK and Australia. She also has been awarded a six-year scholarship to pursue her undergraduate degree in Economics and Spanish at the University of Matanzas in Cuba for representing Zambia, her country, at two major international development events on food security in Africa with the FAO in Rome and on girls' education in Zambia with the government of Cuba in Havana. She has an MSc in International Finance, Banking and Investment from London South Bank University, with her dissertation focusing on reducing transaction costs to help improve the reach of microloans to women in rural Zambia. Alexandra Tyson-Beer

Alexandra is a Senior Manager within our Business Team, based in London, and oversees the management of consultant relationships. She brings together teams of consultants to deliver Integrity's projects globally. She also coordinates Integrity's participation on DFID and EC frameworks. Before joining Integrity, she managed programmes for the NGO and private sectors. During her three years at IntoUniversity, she ran the primary schools engagement programme, and established and managed the Hackney Downs Learning Centre in East London. In Russia, Alexandra conducted qualitative research on racially motivated violence against the African migrant community and engaged with the human rights community to lobby the Russian government for policy change. She is also an experienced conference organiser, coordinating events in Moscow, London and New York. Based between Washington DC and London, Anthony is founding director and CEO of Integrity. He is responsible for ensuring Integrity fulfils its vision, mission and strategy; is well-governed, accountable and transparent; maintains its core values and culture; delivers high quality technical services; is financially sustainable and profitable; and fulfils its duties and responsibilities to clients, investors, staff, contractors, and the communities and tax-payers in the countries where we work. Anthony is a natural leader and a consensus builder with an ability to bring disparate stakeholders together to achieve common objectives. On a technical level Anthony is a conflict specialist with a focus on conflict resolution, security and justice development and good governance. Prior to founding Integrity, Anthony was a diplomat for over ten years with postings to Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan and Cyprus; and a civilian expert with the UK Stabilisation Unit. Anthony is also a documentary photographer with a focus on imaging fragile and conflict affected communities. Babatunde Mateola

Babatunde Mateola is a Senior Manager at Integrity based in London. He works within our Corporate Team raising invoices, reconciling bank and cash transactions and producing monthly relevant reports for management accounting. Babatunde has a background in Accounting and Management, analysing and reporting financial information via accounting software such as Sage 50 Accounts and Xero. Tunde was part of the UK Government's apprenticeship scheme at Integrity prior to being promoted to a Finance Officer, and in 2020 was promoted to Manager. Based in London, Christina is Integrity's Chief Commercial Officer. She is responsible for the development and oversight of Integrity's global business development strategy, account management, consultant management and marketing and communications. Her remit also covers contract negotiation, Integrity's framework agreements and commercial bid strategy. While at Integrity Christina has overseen the successful bidding process for a significant number of new contracts including the prime bid for the Third Party Monitoring and Technical Support to DFID's Somalia Monitoring Programme II. In 2019, Christina was recognised on Management Today's "35 under 35" list of young female Business Leaders, the UK's longest-standing and most established ranking of its kind. Colin Smith

Colin is Vice-President, Delivery at Integrity, based in London. He oversees the delivery of Integrity's UK portfolio of projects globally. Colin has over 25 years' experience of international affairs in the UK's diplomatic service. His career has focussed on national security issues, as well as stabilisation in fragile and post-conflict environments. He has been seconded to both the European Commission and European External Action Service (EEAS), as well as to the Canadian Foreign Ministry. He has a strong background in project delivery, as a graduate of the cross-government Major Projects Leadership Academy (MPLA) at Said Business School, and previously as FCO head of profession for project delivery. Prior to Integrity, David spent five years utilising mathematical models to analyse financial markets as well as the associated operational processes with trades. He also worked as a consultant to the UK Treasury delivering financial policy as the lead analyst on banking taxation. He was the lead analyst for the Bank Levy Team which designed and implemented the Bank Levy tax that was enshrined into the tax law in 2010. Helen Stevenson

Howard Murray

Howard is a London-based Senior Manager within our Services Team with experience in international development, civil society mapping, conflict analysis and monitoring & evaluation. At Integrity, Howard has managed multiple projects for FCO, DFID, UNOCHA and various INGOs including IMS, CARE and International Alert. Howard has third sector experience, working in development logistics and distribution in Hong Kong and Kazakhstan, providing support to INGOs and CBOs through logistics and community-level development projects. He has also worked in peacebuilding and community relations in the Occupied West Bank, predominantly with youth engagement projects and cross-community dialogue between Israelis and Palestinians. Howard is currently working regionally in MENA, focusing on the management of research, monitoring and evaluation projects for governmental and humanitarian actors in the region. Jacob Godber

Prior to joining Integrity Jacob worked for a climate change advocacy NGO. Jacob also worked for the Farmers Overseas Action Group (FOAG) in Uganda supporting monitoring and evaluation of programming, fundraising, bid development, event management and general administration. In 2017 Jacob set up an agricultural NGO called Grow Farmers to support, mostly women, small-holder farmers with agricultural extension programs through the form of microfinance loans. This involved remote project management and organisational oversight from the UK. Outside of development, Jacob has experience in engineering, construction and agriculture. Jane Thomson

As Chief of Party, Jane provides overall management, leadership, financial oversight, and supervision of the technical aspects of the USAID/Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) Iraq Monitoring Project (IMP). The purpose of IMP is to establish a third-party monitoring (TPM) and evaluation support system to monitor, verify, and evaluate selected BHA-funded programs in Iraq. The information and findings that IMP provides help ensure program learning and accountability to assist real-time programmatic adjustments and future program design. Jane oversees quality, technical tool design, and third-party monitoring of BHA-funded activities in Iraq, providing synthesized monitoring reports for USAID and detailed activity monitoring reports for BHA's partners. She supervises the IMP field team and coordinates training and implementation of data collection by local enumerators in key Iraq locations. Jane serves as Integrity's main liaison and communications link with USAID BHA's representatives in Iraq. Jane brings more than 30 years of professional knowledge and expertise to her work with Integrity, including having led many years of USAID stabilization and transition contracts in the Middle East, and 10 years as Chief of Party on USAID Monitoring and Evaluation projects in the Middle East and East Africa. Jessica's interest in fieldwork developed when she was awarded a Mobility Scholarship from the University of Ottawa to conduct field research in Senegal on the role of football clubs in local development. In 2011 she moved to South Sudan and later to Kenya to be closer to the field. Jessica managed a team of researchers in Libya to conduct a series of research pieces on civil society and the media sector to inform the design of a demand-side accountability project. Jim is Integrity's Chief Operating Officer and a Board Director, based in London. He has 25 years' experience in project management, risk management, strategy development, and operational planning both within and outside of conflict-affected environments. During his time at Integrity, Jim has directed several large-scale programmes for a range of donors and foundations across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He is a natural team leader and personnel manager able to build coherent teams that can deliver complex projects in challenging environments. In his previous career as a British Army Officer, Jim travelled to over 40 countries and deployed on military operations to Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, and Northern Ireland. In her role as Task Order Manager of the Peacebuilding Evaluation, Analysis, Research, and Learning (PEARL) Activity through the USAID Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization, she leads delivery of analytical and evaluation services supporting USAID Missions and operating units to better navigate strategic and programmatic challenges in violence and conflict-affected settings. Julia brings more than 15 years of experience in design, implementation, and assessment of global development programs across 30 countries. Her career has focused on USAID and US Department of State investments that seek to prevent and mitigate violent conflict, consolidate democratic openings, improve access to justice, and advance human rights for vulnerable populations. Before joining Integrity, Julia cultivated a diverse background with research, non-profit, consulting, and international organizations. Kathryn Rzeszut

Kathryn is a Principal Expert in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) who recently relocated to Integrity's Washington, DC office after spending four years working on the Syria crisis response. As a conflict and stabilisation specialist, she focuses primarily on MEL in fragile and conflict-affected states (FCAS). Prior to joining Integrity, she spent nearly four years as a Research Fellow at the University of York's Post-war Reconstruction & Development Unit (PRDU) where she was responsible for the management and expert delivery of applied research projects and evaluations. This position provided her with broad cross-sectoral experience in thematic areas as varied as aid financing and effectiveness, disaster risk reduction, education in emergencies, gender, governance, and resilience. Kelly Skeith - VP

Kelly has more than ten years of experience designing, managing, and implementing MEL projects for U.S. Government agencies and other international donors and organizations. Prior to Integrity, she was the Senior Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for Freedom House, in which she led the project design and MEL practice for democracy, governance and human rights projects around the world. Lamia Renaud

Lamia currently provides MEL advisory services to the Global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Partnership for the UK Conflict, Stability and Security Fund. She has contributed to a number Integrity programmes including as an Evaluator in two Prosperity Fund Evaluations, as a Political Economy Advisor for the Tony Blair Institute, and as a Project Manager for the International Rescue Committee. Max Shanstrom

Max is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Senior Expert, based in London. He supports the Conflict Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) to develop adaptive MEL strategies in conflict and complex environments. Before joining Integrity, Max worked as a MEL Specialist for Dexis Consulting where he conducted evaluations, assessments, and third-party monitoring for USAID and the U.S. Department of State. Max also spent time at Palladium where he facilitated MEL training courses for USAID staff in Thailand, Zimbabwe and Washington, DC. Max started his career conducting field research in conflict settings in Jordan and South Sudan. Max is interested in expanding the use of innovative MEL strategies in complex environments, and the applications for mixed-methods and impact evaluations. He recently supported two global evaluations, one on health and another on education as part of the Evaluation and Learning services to the £1.2 billion cross-HMG Prosperity Fund. Steven has extensive technical and management experience of working across research, policy and evaluation with a particular focus on health, nutrition, international development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
