Iain joined the Association in 2019. He was a management consultant with Deloitte, delivering largscale IT-enabled business transformation, led a research team in the UK Parliament, and was Deputy CEO of the leading UK charity GambleAware. He has an MBA from UCLA, and read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Balliol College, Oxford.

Mark is based in Los Angeles, and manages the AVPA's work in the USA, as well as leading our technology strategy. Mark has an MBA from UCLA, and has experience in the development of both hardware (computer chips) and software (as an Angel investor, entreprenuer and developer)
