Aarushi Ray.

Aarushi is involved in global business development for emerging & nascent markets along with international business advisory and project management. Her body of work includes multiple sectors, including specialty and fine chemicals, building materials, industrial products, consumer goods, tech-allied sectors along with healthcare & life sciences. She will be spearheading the operations for new-age startups & sectors along with other allied business areas in targeted international markets. In her current role with Acclime, Aarushi is involved in supporting global firms in their growth strategies in emerging and nascent markets via strategy consulting & business advisory. She has experience in a broad spectrum of advisory disciplines including strategic alliances, emerging, nascent & frontier market entry & expansion, turnaround strategies, private equity engagement as well as global capability centers & shared services setups. Aarushi is also well-acquainted with industry-academia collaboration and regularly advises clients on academic collaboration for business optimization and turnaround strategies. Aarushi has earned a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Dr. S. S. Bhatnagar UICET, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Addison Kwok

Addison is based in Hong Kong and is a Director in the Operations team. His role is to manage the team's internal operation finances, IT and ERP infrastructures in Hong Kong and China. Addison has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. Prior to joining Acclime, he worked in the multinational company - Fiducia Management Consultants for 15 years. Addison has an extensive experience in performing a wide range of accounting, finance, optimisation, and analysis to support the business growth. Addison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Hull. He speaks fluently Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and Portuguese.

Adil Mohammad

Adil is based in Gurugram and heads the Architecture Design Outsourcing team for Acclime India. His role is to manage a team of architects, engineers and designers in order to get the best possible performance and output from them. Given his experience of a decade working with various architects and engineers in India, he also deals with clients in order to make them understand the benefits and advantages of outsourcing design work to India. Prior to joining Acclime, Adil spent more than 8 years of working in Construction Project Management, Architecture & BIM with various clients like CBRE Asia Pacific, pan India. After years of working in India, Adil realized that the value of architects and their ability is undervalued in India when compared to the western developed world, which leads to a lack of platform for Indian architects to properly show their skills and talents. This need of expertise and skills is felt much more when working for international clients and that is the reason that Adil decided to join Acclime and he along with the directors started the Design Outsourcing team of Acclime India. Adil is a Registered Architect by Council of Architecture, India. He has an MBA in Construction Project Management from RICS School of Built Environment and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Amity University Noida.

Aditi Dugar

Adrian Ralston

Alicia Tiong

She started her career with PwC, and prior to joining Acclime, she was a licensed audit partner in a local audit firm, working with a wide range of clients from SMEs to start-ups. Ann Sophie de Meester - CFO

Before joining Acclime China, Ann Sophie was the Group Financial Controller for a Norwegian multinational, and she worked as director for corporate services at Chinese law firm R&P China Lawyers. Over several years working in China, she has built extensive experience advising foreign companies on tax compliance for various cross-border operations, including VAT and CIT optimization. She specializes in intercompany transactions, and reconciliation of financial statements so that they comply with IFRS and China GAAP. Ann Sophie was educated at Aarhus University in Denmark, with a dual BA in Chinese and Business Administration. Ann Sophie also attended programs at Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Donghua University, and is fluent in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Anne-Marie Perret

Belinda Fung

His practical experience in China includes various capital raisings, cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and corporate and commercial law. Bram Voeten

He acts as a bridge between international clients and the company's accountants and tax specialists. Before joining Acclime China, Bram worked in a number of commercial positions. His client portfolios contained several of the world's biggest retailers including Aldi and Walmart. Bram has built a strong understanding of both western and Chinese culture, which has proven to be invaluable to align mutual expectations. Bram earned a Bachelor in Commercial Economics from the Avans University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and focused his optional courses on doing business with China. He is fluent in English and Dutch, and always working on improving his Chinese.

David Nairn

Debby Davidson - COO, Founder

As an owner manager, Debby also led on corporate governance compliance. Debby has a track record in managing regional teams, and successfully exited both her prior ventures in 2012 and 2015, respectively. She has a particular focus on ultra-high net worth families in respect of which she has gained a sound understanding of their needs and demands. Dr. Julian Caples

Eduard Pieters

His most recent role was as Group CIO of Meratus Group, a major Indonesian shipping and logistics company, where he transformed IT and the organization's adoption of modern technology over a 6 year period. Prior to that, Eduard rose through the ranks of the global IT organisation at TMF Group over a 16 year span, culminating in his role as Regional IT director for the APAC region, where he drove and led the IT integrations of 16 mergers and acquisitions. Early career, Eduard started in several IT support and administration roles. Eduard is Dutch but has spent much of his working career in the Netherlands, China, and Indonesia, and currently lives in Jakarta. Emily Shi

Florian is based in Hong Kong and his experience lies in advising international companies wanting to grow their Greater China and APAC business. He leads the business development and tax advisory teams. Moreover, Florian is also responsible for Acclime's Greater China ERP and CRM services, supporting clients to improve their operations management through digitisation. Prior to moving to Hong Kong and joining Acclime, Florian worked for a consulting firm in Shanghai where he mostly assisted European firms entering the Chinese market. Moreover, he worked several years in Austria in various banking roles. Florian is deeply involved in understanding the intricacies of the current business environment in China, as well as international trade agreements and affairs between Asia and Europe. Maarten Roos

Peter is currently based in the Netherlands. Peter originates from a meat "family" and The Hague. In 1983, he started his own meat processing company (P. Pronk Vlees B.V.), which he ran until 1997. Through various consulting assignments and his shareholding and management role at Swilion Business Consulting (1997 - 2005) he transitioned his work to the renewable energy sector. From 2005 to 2010, Peter was the Asia director for the Dutch wind turbine producer, Emergya Wind Technologies B.V. (EWT). In this role, he built up the market in Asia with an emphasis on China. In 2008, Peter moved to China with his wife and daughter. In April 2011, Peter started 1421 Consulting Group Ltd. with the goal of supporting Western companies doing business in China. From October 2018 until June 2020, Peter served as the director of a European Union-funded project called EUSME Centre, carried out by 6 Chamber of Commerce (London, Brussels and Beijing). A Colombian national, he has previously worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Bogota, before relocating to Australia in 2008 where he has worked in management at two major hotel chains. Rafael has a Master of Accounting Studies and Bachelor of Accounting, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Rajiv Kumar Singh

Song's primary responsibility is to assist clients in minimizing their business costs and risks through outsourced operations in the supply chain, sales, and distribution when entering the APAC market. With more than 25 years of experience in consulting and industry, Song has extensive knowledge in various areas such as BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), merchandising, OEM/ODM management, factory operations, international trade, supply chain, and e-commerce. He leads the team in working closely with clients, acting as their operational team on the ground. This involves managing business flows and documents in import and export, merchandising, warehousing, distribution, and finance. As Fiducia's owner and Managing Director since 2012, Stefan is responsible for all aspects of Fiducia's business in regard to hundreds of clients and his team of over 100 specialists in five offices. After joining Fiducia in 2005, Stefan transformed the company culture, processes and systems to deliver multiple integrated services in long-term client relationships. Specifically, Stefan and his senior team refined Fiducia's client strategy and positioning to focus on European owner-operated firms, ranging from USD50m-1b in revenues; integrated Fiducia's sales and service delivery to ensure seamless client interaction; introduced technology-based delivery using ERP and other systems to enable scalability and transparency; and formalised Fiducia's deep expertise with complicated and changing local rules and regulations. He works with business owners and their accounting departments to improve the accounting process and procedure.
