As the Chief Legal Officer of Auxilior, David Verlizzo is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company and all of the legal and compliance affairs, including transactional, regulatory, and corporate matters. He has a proven executive and legal management track record with over 20 years of experience in the commercial and equipment finance industries.

Donald P. Campbell - Chief Risk Officer

Donald Campbell brings 46 years of experience in the equipment financing and leasing industry where companies have consistently grown under his leadership. As Chief Risk Officer, Mr. Campbell oversees the credit, asset management and portfolio management functions as well as leading the Bank Outsourcing business.

Jeremy Borkowski

Jeremy Borkowski is responsible for managing and growing Auxilior's customer and partner relationships and leading and motivating our team of originators. He has nearly 28 years of corporate finance experience which spans commercial equipment finance, asset-based lending, capital markets, and mergers & acquisitions.

Karthik Viswanathan - CFO

Karthik Viswanathan oversees Auxilior's Treasury, Accounting and Finance functions and is integral to the strategic planning and steering of the business. His previous role was the Leader of Finance Transformation at Citi Global Consumer Banking. He also held the posts of Global Head, Recovery and Resolution Planning for CitiGroup as well as CFO for the Sears Portfolio at Citi's Retail Services business. Mr. Viswanathan's accomplished career also includes several key positions at GE in various roles including CFO to RRP Operations and Infrastructure Leader for GE Capital. Mr. Viswanathan holds an Executive M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Kathie Capparelli - CMO

Kathie Capparelli brings over 33 years of industry experience to Auxilior. She is responsible for all Marketing, Branding, and Communications initiatives from an external and internal perspective and works closely with the business development and sales functions in the pursuit of winning new programs.

Kenneth Sullivan

Kenneth Sullivan has an extensive background in credit and risk management, as a Commercial Credit Risk Executive working in the Banking and Financial services industry with over 40 years of experience in timely and consistent underwriting of new credit relationships and the management of credit operational risk. He has expertise in delivering guidance on complex structuring, analysis, and underwriting, ensuring the accuracy of risk and facility ratings.

Marty Babicki

Marty Babicki brings over 40 years of experience in the vendor finance industry to Auxlior. In this role, Mr. Babicki is responsible for the onboarding, implementation, and ultimately the success of all Auxilior financial logistics programs. He also functions as the Chief Administrative Officer of the organization, with oversight responsibility for all Auxilior operational areas as they relate to Auxilior's programs, and manages the Customer Service team and its continuous innovations to best serve Auxilior customers.

Matthew Goldenberg - EVP, Treasurer

Matthew Goldenberg is responsible for Auxilior's Treasury function. He brings over 30 years' experience and demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, treasury, and capital markets. Prior to joining Auxilior, he was Treasurer for Balboa Capital. He also held the posts of Vice President, Capital Markets at De Lage Landen, and Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Leaf Commercial Capital. Earlier in his career he served in senior finance and accounting positions at CoreStates Financial Corporate. Mr. Goldenberg holds a master's degree in finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Drexel University. He is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).

René Paradis - COO, President

René Paradis brings over 35 years' experience to Auxilior and has been a key player with the Auxilior management team in past roles. As Auxilior's President and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Paradis will take the Auxilior organization to the next level operationally, through her leadership of the Program Management, Information Technology and the Operations Departments, (including Sales Support, Contract Management, Quality Assurance and Titling). Ms. Paradis is a Certified Public Accountant with expertise in designing quality processes and optimizing organizations. Prior to joining Auxilior Ms. Paradis most recently served as COO and Treasurer of the National Philanthropic Trust. She was the CFO, CAO and Executive Vice President at CoActiv Capital, Element Financial and its successor ECN Capital. She also has extensive experience in alternative investment structures and administration based upon her experience as CFO for GMAC Institutional Investment Advisors and Managing Director of PFPC Alternative Investment Services.

Siddharth Damani

Siddharth Damani oversees Auxilior's information technologies, systems applications, and network infrastructure. As a full-stack developer and accomplished leader, he will continue the organization's digital transformation and deployment of innovative, disruptive technologies. Mr. Damani brings over 14 years of B2C/B2B Digital and IT infrastructure experience. Before joining the organization, he was Director of Technology and Digital Products - BikeCo, LLC. and Senior Web Application Developer at Advanced Sports Inc. where he oversaw architecture definition, technology selection, solution development, and testing. He has also served in several other senior-level development roles in his career. Mr. Damani holds a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Mumbai University, India.

Steve A. Grosso - CEO

Steve Grosso is responsible for the strategic direction and financial operating performance of the company with all functional areas reporting directly to him. He is an experienced and long-tenured commercial finance executive, having founded and led several industry-leading equipment finance and leasing companies. Mr. Grosso is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of The MAGIC Charities Foundation which is a children's advocacy non-profit. He also serves on the editorial committee of The Monitor which is the leading publication of the commercial equipment finance industry. Mr. Grosso earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut School of Business in Finance and Accounting. He attended Columbia University School of executive management and Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Business receiving a certificate in Digital Transformation Strategy and Organization Design.
