Adam is the Chief Insurance & Acquisition Officer and WV President of Blue Ridge Risk Partners. After graduating from West Virginia University, he began his insurance career as a producer in 2006 and achieved his CPCU designation in 2011. In 2017 and 2018 he served as the youngest ever President of the Independent Insurance Agents of WV.
Adam has served on multiple insurance carrier advisory boards, and is heavily involved in industry trade associations including his current work in organizing and promoting young insurance professional events throughout the state, as well as working with the WVU School of Business & Economics to cultivate an insurance and risk management program within the college. He also currently serves on the board of directors' executive committee of the Harrison County WV Chamber of Commerce.
Adam is also dedicated to several charitable causes in his local community. He is a former President of the Harrison County YMCA and currently serves on the board of directors of the Medbrook Children's Charity, an organization of business leaders devoted to helping underprivileged youth in the community. In 2018, Adam was honored as one of the WV State Journal's Generation Next 40 under 40 executives in the state of WV. Adam also serves as the Chair of the Board for the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce.
Adam resides in Bridgeport WV with his wife Rhea and children Iley (7), Lorenn (4), and Witt (3). In his free time Adam enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family golfing, hiking, skiing, biking, kayaking, and traveling.
