BOULABAN FARM

The business has since expanded and we have added to the production facility to increase our capacity to meet the needs of our customers, currently located throughout the island of Ireland. We concentrate on the making of the ice-cream and sorbets for hotels and restaurants and have a great partner in La Rousse Foods who stock our ice cream and sorbets and deliver nationwide... We still try to remain true to the farming values we were brought up with - hard work never hurt, do a job well (we have won awards at both the Great Taste Awards, Blas na hEireann and the Irish Restaurant Awards), take good care of all the stock (the pictures will show you how happy our cows are), and mind the land, we are its caretakers for the next generation... Boulaban Farm, Award winning ice-cream and sorbets handmade with love on our dairy farm in Co. Tipperary using milk and cream from our pedigree Friesian herd.
